Abstract: PURPOSE: A biomarker for diagnosing ovarian cancer and a cancer diagnosis kit are provided to simply and cheaply diagnose human ovarian cancer. CONSTITUTION: A kit for diagnosing cancer contains a binder which specifically binds to a nucleotide sequence encoding CLDN10(claudin 10) or MMP3(matix metalloproteinase 3) or a binder which is specific to CLDN10 or MMP3. The binder includes a probe, primer, antibody or aptamer. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer contains a material which suppresses CLDN10 or MMP3 expression as an active ingredient.

Abstract: PURPOSE: The production of transgenic aves using sequences for germ cell-specific gene expression is provided to analyze the differentiation or development of the priordial germ cells of aves into germ cells. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing transgenic aves includes the following: the priordial germ cells of aves are transformed based on a genetic vector containing a DAZL promoter as a germ cell-specific promoter, a NANOG promoter as a stem cell-specific promoter, and nucleotide sequence which encodes protein of revelation purpose; the transformed priordial germ cells of the aves are injected into accept media; and the transformed product of the aves is obtained. Abstract: PURPOSE: A recombinant expression vector and a method for screening a material which promotes germ cell development are provided to study of animal germ cell development. CONSTITUTION: A gene expression regulatory sequence contains a DAZL(deleted in AZoospermia-like) promoter containing a nucleotide sequence of sequence number 1 or and 3'UTR(3'untranslated region) of sequence number 2. A germ cell-specific recombinant vector contains DAZL promoter and expression target-coding nucleotide sequence which is operatively linked to the promoter. The germ cells are primordial germ cells or gonocyte or prespermatogonia. A method for screening a material which promotes germ cell development comprises: a step of transforming an animal cell by a vector containing DAZL-encoding nucleotide sequence; a step of treating test material to the animal cells; and a step of analyzing DAZL gene expression in the animal cells.
