Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing a drink using Salicornia herbacea which has abundant minerals and various kinds of active ingredients. CONSTITUTION: The drink using Salicornia herbacea is prepared by: i) washing Salicornia herbacea three times; ii) boiling the Salicornia herbacea in water at 100deg.C for 5mins; iii) freezing it at -20deg.C or less; iv) thawing the frozen material at room temperature, adding water to the thrown material in a ratio of 2:1, and chopping it; v) extracting active ingredients of Salicornia herbacea at 100deg.C for 20mins; vi) filtering the extract by a press-filter; and vii) adding citric acid, vitamin C, sodium benzoate, fruit juice, fruit flavor, and so on to the filtrate.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for cultivating Salicornia herbacea, which can produce large quantities of the Salicornia herbacea by using a salt farm or reclaimed land. CONSTITUTION: The method for cultivating Salicornia herbacea comprises the steps of: i) making seawater settled to control salt content of 1-3% of growing land and repeating it many times, after plowing the growing land from December to February; ii) manuring 1ton/10a of compost containing 7% of nitrogen, 12% of phosphoric acid and 10% of potassium over the growing land and making a ridge between fields 30-50cm in width; iii) sowing the seed of Salicornia herbacea on the ridge between fields from March to April; iv) gathering the Salicornia herbacea from June to August; and then v) gathering the seed of the Salicornia herbacea before it falls from October to November.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Croaker roe production, breeding and a manufacturing method of dried croaker are provided to make dried croaker be a speciality and to increase additional income of breeding fisherman. CONSTITUTION: Croaker roe is artificially collected in every July and August, and fertilized by an abdomen oppressive method. The fertilized roe is hatched within 20 hours. The young of fishes are managed at the temperature of 15-28deg.C and bred for a year. The squamae are removed and the croakers are seasoned with sea salt 25% for 48 hours. The salted croakers are washed 3 times and dried by sea wind for 48 hours to manufacture dried croakers.
