A Schizophyllum commune QG143-1 and a preparation method of beta-1,6-branched-beta-1,3-glucan, using the same are provided to increase the productivity of the beta-1,6-branched-beta-1,3-glucan, compared with wild Schizophyllum commune and to solve bad effects reaching oxygen and mass transfer by high cell growth rate in case of the mass culture. A Schizophyllum commune strain is the Schizophyllum commune QG143-1 (accession number : KACC93060P) strain. The Schizophyllum commune strain has high productivity for beta-1,6-branched-beta-1,3-glucan. The beta-1,6-branched-beta-1,3-glucan is obtained by cultivating the Schizophyllum commune QG143-1 strain. The cultivation is the liquid cultivation.

An ophthalmic liquid including beta-1,6-branched-beta-1,3-glucan derived from schizophyllum commune Fr. Is provided to maintain moisture in eyeballs and prevent ophthalmologic diseases. An ophthalmic liquid comprises beta-1,6-branched-beta-1,3-glucan derived from schizophyllum commune Fr., and a water-soluble polymeric compound. The water-soluble polymeric compound is selected from the group consisting of polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, methyl cellulose, polyethylene glycol, hydroxyethylenecellulose, and carboxyvinyl polymer. The concentration of the beta-1,6-branched-beta-1,3-glucan is 0.000001~99w/v%.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: Xylanase produced by recombinant Pichia pastoris is provided to largely reduce the amount of chemicals needed for bleaching craft pulp, thereby being used as an eco-friendly bleaching agent. CONSTITUTION: A medium composition for recombinant Pichia pastoris strains for producing xylanase contains 7.56-15.22 g/L of wheat bran, 0.13-1.46 g/L of potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KH_2PO_4), and 0.02-0.25 g/L of potassium hydrogen sulfate (KHSO_4). A method for producing xylanase comprises the step of: putting the recombinant Pichia pastoris strains in the medium composition; and culturing the recombinant Pichia pastoris strains. The recombinant Pichia pastoris strains are cultured at 24-27°C, a pH concentration of 5.5-6.5, a stirring rate of 160-180 rpm, and an air flow rate of 0.5-1.5 vvm under the presence of 0.5-1.25% methanol.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing ginsenoside compound K using rohament CL is provided to obtain ginsenoside compound K used in a food and to lower production cost. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing ginsenoside compound K using rohament CL comprises a step of adding a complex enzyme prepared from Trichoderma reesei to a fresh ginseng extract solution. The fresh ginseng extract solution contains 2-7wt% of a fresh ginseng extract. The method comprises: a step of adding 8-10wt% of rohament CL to 90-92wt% of the fresh ginseng extract solution; and a step of heating the mixture at 45-55 deg. C and at 100-140rpm for 48-72 hours.
