Abstract:
PURPOSE: A UL 94V-second grade flame retardant acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer resin composition is provided, wherein the composition shows excellent thermal stability, heat resistance, weather resistance and coloring property. CONSTITUTION: The acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer resin; 5-15 parts by weight of an end-capped brominated epoxy resin; 0.1-1.0 parts by weight of a tin maleate-based compound; and 0.05-0.5 parts by weight of hydrotalcite. The acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer resin comprises a graft copolymer obtained by graft polymerizing a butadiene-type rubber, an isoprene-type rubber, a butadiene-styrene copolymer rubber or an alkyl acrylate rubber to a styrene monomer and an acrylonitrile monomer, and a copolymer obtained by copolymerizing a styrene monomer and an acrylonitrile monomer, whose rubber content is 10-20 wt%, whose styrene-acrylonitrile content is 20-25 wt%, and which has a weight average molecular weight of 100,000-140,000. Preferably the end-capped brominated epoxy resin has a molecular weight of 500-3,000 and is represented by the formula I, wherein n is an integer of 0 or more.

PURPOSE: Provided is a glass fiber reinforced styrene-based thermoplastic composite material, which has improved impact strength, flexural strength, tensile strength, and flexural modulus. CONSTITUTION: The glass fiber reinforced styrene-based thermoplastic composite material comprises: 50-95pts.wt. of a styrene copolymer, obtained by copolymerizing 50-95wt% of styrene, alpha-methyl styrene, halogen or alkyl substituted styrene, or a mixture thereof and 5-50wt% of acrylonitrile, methacrylonitrile, C1-C8 methacrylic acid alkyl ester, C1-C8 acrylic acid alkyl ester, maleic anhydride, C1-C4 alkyl or phenyl N-substituted maleimide or a mixture thereof, or a mixture thereof; 5-20pts.wt. of a copolymer comprising 0.1-25pts.wt. of maleic anhydride, 10-60pts.wt. of N-(substituted) maleimide, and 30-70pts.wt. of aromatic vinyl; 5-50pts.wt. of glass fiber treated by a silane-based coupling agent; 0.01-5pts.wt. of an amino silane-based coupling agent.

PURPOSE: A CMP slurry composition is provided to be able to minimize the dishing on the oxide film over a trench layer while maintaining the polishing speed ratio of the oxide film on the trench layer to the nitride film layer over 10. CONSTITUTION: A CMP slurry composition comprises metal oxide particles having a positive Zeta electric potential, zwitterionic compound, cationic surfactant, and ultra-pure water. The metal oxide particles are manufactured by calcination, flame oxidation or hydrothermal synthesis. The metal oxide particles having a positive Zeta electric potential have 70-150 nm of an average particle diameter and 10-50 m^2/g of a specific surface area. The metal oxide particles having a positive Zeta electric potential are ceria particles. A polishing method comprises a step of polishing a semiconductor wafer by using the CMP slurry composition. PURPOSE: A thermoplastic acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene-based copolymer flame retardant resin composition is provided, to improve the heat resistance with maintaining favorable flame retardancy and mechanical properties. CONSTITUTION: The thermoplastic acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene-based copolymer resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene-based copolymer resin which comprises 5-40 wt% of acrylonitrile, 5-40 wt% of butadiene rubber and 20-70 wt% of styrene and whose SAN resin comprises 60-76 wt% of styrene and 24-40 wt% of acrylonitrile and which has a weight average molecular weight of 120,000-200,000; 5-30 parts by weight of a halogen-based compound as a flame retardant; 1-15 parts by weight of antimony trioxide as a flame retardancy aid; and 0.05-10 parts by weight of an aluminosilicate-based inorganic compound as a heat stabilizer. Preferably the composition comprises further 0.05-5 parts by weight of a tin maleate-based compound, 0.05-2 parts by weight of a fluorine-based compound, and/or 1-10 parts by weight of a chlorine-based compound.
