PURPOSE: A genetic marker for identifying fatty acid composition of Hanwoo(Korean beef) is provided to easily select Hanwoo with high quality. CONSTITUTION: A method for selecting Hanwoo with high unsaturated fatty acid content comprises: a step of isolating genome DNA sample from a Hanwoo; a step of amplifying PCR of a genetic marker of sequence number 1 containing SNP at 21th base using a primer; a step of cleaving a PCR product with restriction enzyme; a step of performing electrophoresis to identify fragment number and size; and a step of detecting genotype of 21th base. The primer is a primer of sequence numbers 3 and 4. The restriction enzyme is Rsal.

본발명은한국산재래닭의정강이색깔에관여하는 DNA 표지인자개발에관한것으로서, 한국산재래닭의정강이색깔에대한유전능력을조기에예측하고식별할수 있는 DNA 표지인자를개발하여한국산재래닭의경제형질개선또는육종개량프로그램에이용하는데 있다. 본발명의 DNA 표지인자를한국산재래닭의정강이색을확인할수 있는한국산재래닭의조기선발도구로활용하는경우, 소비자가한국산재래닭에요구하는정강이색, 구체적으로밝은노란색에가까운노란색의정강이색을갖는수입산브로일러에비하여어두운색즉, 명도가낮은정강이색을가진한국산재래닭으로의육종개량은보다효율적이고경제적으로추진할수 있으며, 이를통하여재래닭사육농가의소득증대및 경영개선에이바지할수 있다.

The present invention relates to a method for individually identifying Korean native chickens using a microsatellite marker, and more specifically, provides a method for individually identifying Korean native chickens, the method comprising: a step of performing PCR amplification using microsatellite markers obtained by combining one or more sets of a first set consisting of microsatellite markers LEI0251, ADL0259, ADL0021, MCW0104, MCW0261, MCW0087, ADL0292, GCT0016, MCW0029, MCW0145, LEI0107, and ADL0304, and a second set consisting of microsatellite markers LEI0251, ADL0259, ADL0021, MCW0104, MCW0261, MCW0087, ADL0292, GCT0016, MCW0029, MCW0145, LEI0107, ADL0304, ADL0324, MCW0063, and MCW0264; and determining the genotype by performing electrophoresis on the product amplified in the step of performing PCR amplification to thereby detect alleles and analyze sizes thereof. The method according to the present invention enables individual identification and paternity identification in a more accurate manner than the morphological classification, in terms of identification of Korean native chickens, by using the microsatellite markers having high individual identification. Therefore, the method of the present invention is applied to the individual identification of Korean native chickens to produce positive effects in the preservation of Korean native chickens and reliability thereof, thereby preventing illegal distribution and contributing to the development of native chicken industry and an increase in the farm income.

PURPOSE: A method for analyzing SNP of SCD(Stearoyl-CoA Desaturase) gene of a chicken is provided to produce and select high quality chickens, to improve farm income, and to increase sales. CONSTITUTION: A method for selecting a chicken with higher unsaturated fatty acid content than a chicken with heterozygous genotype at 2nd exon of chicken SCD gene comprises: a step of collecting a DNA sample from the chicken; a step of amplifying the DNA sample using the primer set of sequence numbers 1 and 2; a step of treating the amplified product with Acil; and a step of performing electrophoresis and identifying whether SNP of the 2nd exon of SCD is a homozygous genotype.

PURPOSE: A SNP marker for predicting fatty acid composition of a crossbreed pig is provided to predict fatty acid composition, especially for a composition of unsaturated fatty acid and saturated fatty acid, thereby utilizing the SNP marker for selection of healthy pig entity and high value pork production. CONSTITUTION: A polynucleotide or corresponding polynucleotide for predicting fatty acid composition of a crossbreed pig is selected from polynucleotide having nucleic acid sequence of sequence number 1. The polynucleotide or corresponding polynucleotide comprises 0 or more of successive nucleic acids which include 817th of the sequence number 1 or 14384th SNP related base. The crossbreed pig is a crossbreed between Korea native kind and Landrace. The crossbreed pig is F_2. A polynucleotide which specifically mix with the polynucleotide or the corresponding polynucleotide is provided.

PURPOSE: A single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) marker is provided to objectively evaluate the number of ribs in a pig, which is hard to distinguish with naked eyes, thereby establishing distribution of pork. CONSTITUTION: An SNP marker for determining the number of ribs in a pig contains a polynucleotide with 5-100 continuous bases including 374th base which is A or C in exon 32 of LTBP2 gene or a complementary polynucleotide thereof. A composition for determining the number of ribs in a pig contains an agent for determining or amplifying the SNP marker. A kit for determining the number of ribs in a pig contains the composition. A sequence of PERV (porcine endogenous retrovirus) and PERV primer pair using the same are provided to previously detect the presence of PERV and use for knock-out of a gene. A 3'-, or 5'-sequence to a porcine endogenous retrovirus (PERV) which is a sequence selected from the sequence numbers 1 to 14. A primer pair for detecting PERV comprises an oligonucleotide which has complementary sequence to the sequence numbers 1 to 14 and an oligonucleotide which has complementary sequence to the PERV gene sequence. The primer pair is used for detecting PERV through PCR (polymerase chain reaction) from porcine tissue or organ.
