Abstract: 본 발명은 마이크로 채널 플레이트(Micro-channel Plate: MCP) 제작 방법 및 MCP 제작용 금형장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 요철모양의 MCP 제작용 금형장치와, 이를 이용하여 성형된 요철모양의 기판에 이차전자 방출물질을 도포하여 적층함으로써 저렴하고 간단한 공정으로 MCP를 제작하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 요철 모양의 금형을 이용한 MCP 제작 방법에 있어서, 편평한 제 1기판을 요철 모양의 금형위에 위치시키는 단계; 제 1기판에 압력을 가하여 제 1기판의 양면이 요철모양을 갖도록 하는 단계; 요철모양의 제 1기판과 편평한 제 2기판 각각의 양표면에 이차전자 방출 물질을 도포하는 단계: 및 이차전자 방출 물질이 도포된 요철모양의 제 1기판과 편평한 제 2기판을 번갈아 적층하여 마이크로 채널을 형성하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어진다. 본 발명은 보다 용이하게 대면적의 MCP를 제작할 수 있고, MCP의 제작 단가를 절감시키는 효과를 제공한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A scaffold system with composite materials is provided to reduce weight with safe structure by using long staple reinforcing composite materials. CONSTITUTION: Scaffold system with composite materials arranges a composite material pipe(1) of a tube shape and rectilinear coupler(40) inserted to an inner diameter. The composite material pipe produces the tube shape with pultrusion method or filament winding method by using long staple reinforcing polymer composite materials, and then forms a coating film(12) to block water and ultraviolet rays. The rectilinear coupler is formed as the same to a coupler(4) with RTM(Resin Transfer Molding) method or compress molding method by using the composite materials. Moreover, the rectilinear coupler is installed on a circumference face inserting a combining groove(50) of a clamp shape to pin-connect to the inner diameter of the composite material pipe. The coupler is inserted to the inner diameter of the composite material pipe inserting a pin(13) toward diameter direction, and rotates by being hooked to the combining groove of the clamp shape. Thereby, the coupler assembles a vertical unit of the scaffold system easily operating in a high building by vertically connecting the composite material pipe with the pin.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A cast for composite material used to newly build a concrete structure is provided to semi-permanently use the material containing a core and to lighten the structure in order to improve workability of the building process. CONSTITUTION: The cast comprises sandwich panels(21) interposed by a core and hollowed steel frames. The core(31) has multiple micro holes(33) charged by a composite material(32) to form the sandwich panel(21). Alternatively, the panel(21) may be manufactured by sewing together the core and a fibrous mat by a reinforcing fiber and introducing the resin. The composite material(32) comprises fibrous reinforcing mat containing carbon fiber, glass fiber and polymeric mats and the resin composed of polymeric material. The core can include urethane foam, polystyrene foam, plyboard or panels made of used wood or used paper.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a micro channel plate is provided to manufacture a large scale micro channel plate with reduce manufacture cost. CONSTITUTION: A micro channel plate is manufactured by etching metal fibers(120) in composite material(100''). The composite material(100'') is made of a bottom base material layer(111'), many metal fibers(120) and a top base material layer(112'). The base material layers(111',112') are formed by coating liquid thermosetting resin. The metal fibers(120) are arranged on the bottom base material layer(111') and covered with the top base material layer(112'). The composite material(100'') is cut at an angle. The metal fibers(120) contained in the composite material(100'') are etched more readily than the thermosetting resin so as to form channels at the area corresponding to the metal fibers(120). Secondary electron emission material is coated inside the channels. Each of the channels has an anode at its one end and a cathode at other end.
