A magnetism inhalation valve of uniflow meso-scale microengine and functioning method for the same is provided to improve heating efficiency and endurance and simplify the whole configuration. A magnetism inhalation valve of uniflow meso-scale microengine comprises a cylinder block head(10), a cylinder head(20) layered on one side of the cylinder block head; and a cylinder sleeve(50) directing a piston(40) to move left and right. The fuel and the air carried from the fuel tank are mixed. The air-fuel mixture enters into the cylinder block head. The cylinder head ignites air-fuel mixture using a heater coil(21).

A fuel and air supplying device using fuel vaporizing pressure and exhaust gas pressure is provided to form a simple structure manufactured easily and to reduce manufacturing time by operating many impellers to supply mixed fuel and air to an engine. A fuel and air supplying device using fuel vaporizing pressure and exhaust gas pressure, which mixes fuel from a DME fuel tank and air from an outside and supplies the mixture to an engine, comprises the followings: a fuel inlet unit(30) having an inlet hole(32) in a center communicated with the DME fuel tank, and a first impeller(31) connected to the inflow hole to be rotated by the fuel vaporizing pressure; an exhaust gas passage unit(40) layered on the fuel inlet unit, having a second impeller(41) in a center rotated by the exhaust gas pressure when exhaust gas penetrates through a side part; an air inlet unit(50) layered on the exhaust gas passage unit, having a third impeller(51) in a center to inhale the air from an outside; a fuel/air mixing unit(60) layered on the air inlet unit, having a through hole(61) at a same position with the third impeller to inhale the air through the third impeller, and mixing the air flowed from the through hole with the fuel; and a cover unit(70) layered on the fuel/air mixing unit, having multiple connection holes(71) at both ends to be connected to the engine and to flow the fuel.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a control method for meeting a setting standard of an ammonia slip of exhaust gas generated from a dual or bi-fuel engine using ammonia as fuel. Injection of ammonia is restricted until a predetermined temperature condition of a cooling water and a temperature condition of the exhaust gas are achieved. Therefore, the ammonia (NH3) is not excessively discharged in initial starting time, and only other fuel, such as gasoline, is injected while injection of ammonia fuel is restricted in order to activate an ammonia oxidation catalyst. Therefore, it is possible to prevent environmental pollution and a bad influence on a human body generated in a past when ammonia slipped.

본 발명은 배기열 및 초음파를 이용한 디젤자동차용 배출가스 정화장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 배출가스가 이송되는 배기관의 배출가스 열에 의해 연료가 예열된 후, 초음파 기화기에 공급되고, 상기 예열된 연료는 초음파 기화기의 초음파에 의해 기화 및 미립화가 되어 외부의 공기와 혼합되며, 상기 혼합된 연료/공기가 연료/공기 분사점화장치에 분사되어 점화에 따른 연소가 원활하게 이루어져 기화되지 못한 액체상태의 연료가 존재하지 않고, 그로 인해 디젤 산화촉매장치 및 매연저감장치 내에 액체상태의 연료가 존재하지 않아 종래에 발화되어 국부적으로 고온이 발생하여 디젤 산화촉매장치 및 매연저감장치가 녹아내리는 것과, 필터기능이 상실되어 입자상 물질 및 오염물질이 정화되지 않은 상태로 대기중에 방출되는 것이 방지되는 특징이 있다.

본 발명은 전기이륜차의 최고속도 및 가속도가 측정되는 시험방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 전기 이륜차의 시험장치를 이용하여 다단계로 나누어진 시험설정조건에 따라 시험함으로써, 전기 이륜차의 최고속도와 가속도의 성능을 정확하게 파악할 수 있고, 그로 인해 전기 이륜차 또는 연구 중인 전기 이륜차의 성능을 정확하게 파악할 수 있으며, 전기 이륜차의 성능을 데이터화하여 추후에 연구 개발되는 전기 이륜차에 적용할 수 있는 특징이 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a dynamometer fixing device for testing a small electric vehicle. The dynamometer fixing device comprises: a support for supporting a small electric vehicle; a roller part installed in a part of the support where a rear wheel of the small electric vehicle is placed to rotate the rear wheel arbitrarily; a motor part connected to one side of the roller part to rotate the roller part while controlling the rotation number of the roller part; and a fixing part installed in a part of the support where a front wheel of the small electric vehicle are placed to control a gap between the front wheel and the roller part while fixing the front wheel. The present invention can increase the testing efficiency of the small electric vehicles by making proper setting conditions for the test regardless of the size of the small electric vehicles, and can conveniently use regardless of position by integrating all the parts as one unit.
