본발명은사용자가직접풍력발전기모의실험결과를실시간으로확인할수 있고, 바람장을실시간으로변경설정할수 있는사용자인터페이스를입출력장치를통해서사용자에게제공하고, 사용자가실험결과를실시간으로확인하면서사용자인터페이스를통해서실시간으로바람의세기및 난류의세기등과같은바람장프로파일설정정보를입력하여바람장프로파일을변경함으로써, 종래기술의문제점인사전에정의된바람장프로파일에의해서획일적으로모의실험이수행되는문제점을해소하고, 풍력발전기제어기의성능을보다효과적으로평가할수 있다.

본 발명은 움직이는 크레인에 장착되어 크레인이 가속할 때는 모터에 에너지를 공급하고 감속할 때 생기는 회생에너지를 계통으로 보내는 역할을 하는 컨버터에서, 크레인이 움직이면서 트롤리바(trolley bar)를 통해서 3상 전원을 공급받을 때 생길 수 있는 3상 중 한 상이나 두상, 또는 모든 상의 결상 및 3상의 불평형을 감지하고 수학적인 일련의 계산을 통해 비이상적인 3상 조건을 결정하여 그에 맞게 적절히 제어할 수 있는 크레인 용도의 회생형 컨버터의 크레인 제어 방법에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a crane controlling method of a crane-purpose regenerative converter. The crane in the method of the present invention is a converter which supplies energy to a motor, when a crane mounted on a moving crane accelerates, and sends regenerative energy which is generated when a system decelerates to the system. According to the method, it is possible to sense the phase sequence of one-phase, two-phase, or all phases and a three-phase inequilibrium from three-phase which can be generated when receiving three-phase power through a trolley bar while the crane moves, determine non-ideal three-phase conditions through a series of mathematical calculations, and control the phase sequence and the inequilibrium accordingly.

The present invention relates to a crane system, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide a crane system having a novel power supplying scheme capable of solving a problem related to a conventional system employing a diode bridge, or an IGBT bridge-type converter, and a contact-type power supply. In order to accomplish the purpose, the crane system of the present invention comprises: a power storage device for storing regenerative energy, which is generated from an electrical motor for the driving of the crane system and transmitted through a DC link, and for supplying the stored power to the electrical motor through a DC link and an inverter; a charging/discharging controller for outputting a control signal to control charging/discharging operations of the power storage device according to a DC link voltage detected by a voltage detecting unit; and a charging/discharging control circuit unit configured between the power storage device and the DC link and driven in response to a control signal output from the charging/discharging controller to perform the charging operation or the discharging operation of the power storage device.

PURPOSE: A three-phase converter system for protecting an open phase and a control method thereof are provided to protect internal elements of a converter by stably controlling the converter even if an open phase is generated at one or more phases among three phases. CONSTITUTION: A converter is formed with an IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) bridge type for converting a three-phase AC(Alternating Current) power source into a DC(Direct Current) power source. A switching element performs a switching operation according to the voltage of a DC link part. A heat-emitting element is connected with the switching element and emits power as heat in case the switching element is turned on. If Vq, which is a q-axis voltage obtained by converting a three-phase AC power source through a stationary coordinate system and a rotary coordinate system, is out of a preset reference range, an open phase determination part outputs an open phase signal. An open phase processing part receives the open phase signal and then turns off a controller of the converter and determines whether the Vq is in the preset reference range and then controls the switching operation of the switching element. 본 발명은 크레인 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 종래의 다이오드 브릿지나 IGBT 브릿지 방식의 컨버터와 접촉식 전원공급장치를 이용하는 시스템의 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 새로운 전력공급방식의 크레인 시스템을 제공함에 주된 목적이 있는 것이다. 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위해, 본 발명은, 크레인 시스템에 있어서, 크레인 시스템의 구동을 위한 전동기에서 생성되어 DC 링크를 통해 전달되는 회생 전력을 저장하고 저장된 전력을 DC 링크 및 인버터를 통해 상기 전동기에 공급하는 전력저장장치; 전압검출부에 의해 검출되는 DC 링크 전압에 따라 전력저장장치의 충방전 동작을 제어하기 위한 제어신호를 출력하는 충방전제어기; 및 전력저장장치와 DC 링크 사이에 구성되고 충방전제어기가 출력하는 제어신호에 따라 구동하여 전력저장장치의 선택적인 충전 또는 방전이 이루어지도록 하는 충방전제어회로부;를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 크레인 시스템을 제공한다.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for simulating faults in a wind power generation system are provided to simulate and test the faults in the system. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for simulating faults in a wind power generation system includes an electric motor (101), a fault generator (200), an electric motor controller, and an electricity generator controller (400). The electric motor drives an electricity generator. The fault generator converts wind velocity data into a wind velocity normal signal or a wind velocity fault signal using a fault generation data model. The electric motor controller controls the rotational speed of the electric motor in response to the wind velocity normal signal. The electricity generator controls the torque of an electricity generator in response to the wind velocity normal signal or the wind velocity fault signal.
