Abstract:
The present invention relates to a beating signal monitoring module, and a terahertz wave generator and an optical signal monitoring device including the same. The beating signal monitoring module according to the present invention comprises: a non-linear unit for generating an optical signal, including four wave mixing (FWM) light, in response to a beating signal generated based on first and second light; a filter unit for separating the FWM light from the optical signal and outputting the separated FWM light; and a monitoring unit for monitoring the beating signal by using the separated FWM light. According to the beating signal monitoring module, and the terahertz wave generator and the optical signal monitoring device including the same of the present invention, the beating signal generated by using two lasers can be efficiently monitored by using the FWM signal.

The present invention relates to a terahertz wave generating module and a terahertz wave detecting device including the same. The terahertz wave generating module according to the present invention comprises: a bidirectional light source which provides a first dual-mode beam in a first direction and a second dual-mode beam in a second direction; a forward lens unit which focuses the first dual-mode beam; a photomixer unit which converts the first dual-mode beam focused by the forward lens unit into a terahertz wave, and outputs the converted terahertz wave; a backward lens unit which focuses the second dual-mode beam; and a light output unit which uses the second dual-mode beam focused by the backward lens unit as a light signal, wherein the bidirectional light source, the forward lens unit, the photomixer unit, the backward lens unit, and the light output unit are integrated in a housing. The terahertz wave generating module and the terahertz wave detecting device including the same according to the present invention may have a small size and efficiently monitor generated terahertz waves.

Disclosed are an apparatus and method for providing an application for processing big data through an online service. An application providing apparatus for processing big data according to the present invention comprises: a setting unit which sets data collection levels, data analytic levels and a result screen for each tenant; a unified information access unit which collects data based on the settings of the setting unit, and analyzes the collected data; and a database unit which stores the collected data and the analyzed data. PURPOSE: A web page establishment and management method for multiple tenants are provided to offer independent web pages according to each tenant by providing independent page establishment functions to the tenants. CONSTITUTION: Page trees of a web page are stored in a database. The page trees are trees established for multiple tenants. The page tree is searched from the page tree of the web page previously stored in the data base according to the request of the web page(S201,S203). The web page is created from the searched page trees. The web page created from the searched page tree is provided(S217).

PURPOSE: A data duplication device of a distributed database system using log files and a method thereof are provided to make up the state same with a memory state of an original partition server based on log files, thereby easily maintaining the consistency of data among partition servers storing duplicate data. CONSTITUTION: A selection unit(101) selects a duplicate partition server for the duplication of data which an original partition server manages. A partition assigner(103) assigns partitions of the original partition server in the duplicate partition server. A log file manager(102) transfers the location information of a log file to the duplicate partition server. The log file comprises the update information about data of the partitions of the original partition server.

CONSTITUTION: A gain area(101) provides the production of the lights of the plural wavelength and gain. A first reflective area(102) reflects the light of the first wave length in response to a first selection signal among the lights of the wave length to the gain area. A second reflective area(104) reflects the light of the second wave length in response to the second selective signal among the lights of the wave length to the gain area. A phase adjustment area(103) is located in the first reflective region and the second between reflective regions. The phase adjustment area transfers the optical phase of the second wavelength in response to the phase adjust signal.

PURPOSE: A method for data management based on a cluster system and a system using the same are provided to supply a data duplication method of a high performance by using a distribution file system of a cluster system which provides a physical data duplication function. CONSTITUTION: A duplication partition server group(14-1 to 14-n) provides identical partitions simultaneously, and a master server(12) allocates a duplication partition server group. When a node error happens, the duplication partition server group recovers data to reconfigure the data in a memory. The duplication partition server group is designated as a first partition server which provides a search service and a modification service through a master server and a second partition server which provides the search service.
