본 발명은 천공 방법 및 그 장치, 그리고 천공 시 복호 방법에 관한 것이다. 정보를 수신하기 이전에 천공장치에서 전달받는 제어정보를 천공하는 장치는 특정 비트를 가지는 제어정보에 CRC(Cyclic-Redundancy Check) 부호를 연접하여 길쌈부호화한 부호어들을 생성하고, 생성한 부호어들의 해밍 무게를 계산하여 최소 자유거리를 찾아, 최소 자유거리를 토대로 부호어들의 집합을 구하여, 집합을 토대로 수열을 구한다. 또한, 장치는 수열이 포함하는 원소 중 가장 작은 원소를 찾아, 가장 작은 원소의 위치를 천공한다. 이로써, 본 발명은 전달하려는 제어정보에 CRC부호를 연접하여 오류검출 능력을 증대시키고, 천공을 사용하여 부호율을 고정시키며 오류정정 능력의 손실을 최소화할 수 있다. PURPOSE: Apparatus, method and system for automatic vehicle induction are provided to recognize vehicles and obstacles in a wide sense by controlling vehicles through road condition and vehicle driving information. CONSTITUTION: Road condition information providers(120,130) generate road condition information. An automatic vehicle induction device(140) includes wireless communication unit(141), process controller(142), and vehicle controller(143). The wireless communication unit receives data without wire with the road condition information provider. A vehicle controller controls the operation of vehicles and generates vehicle driving information. A process controller generates vehicle route information and transmits the same to a vehicle controller.

PURPOSE: A wireless communication method and a wireless communication device using the same are provided to perform communication of a non-contention slot. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle controller transfers a wireless activation message to a wireless communication device(S100). The vehicle wireless communication device records beacon frame information(S110). The vehicle wireless communication device transfers an access request message to a wireless RSE(Road Side Equipment)(S120). The RSE transfers an ACK(Acknowledgement) message to the vehicle wireless communication device(S130). The vehicle wireless communication device transfers a beacon frame to the RSE(S140). PURPOSE: A navigation device based on social network and a method for managing the navigation using the same are provided to offer a navigation service including not only fastest route, but also routes reflecting the taste and intention of a user, and to receive and use the information about traffic condition of routes from other users. CONSTITUTION: A navigation device based on social network comprises a driving condition information collecting unit(110), a driving condition information sending and receiving unit(120), a route information extracting unit, and a route display part(150). The driving condition information collecting unit collects the driving condition information of a user. The driving condition information collecting unit collects the sharing driving condition information from other users which are in multiuser relationship. The driving condition information sending and receiving unit receives and sends the same. The route information extracting unit extracts the route information that other users drove really. The routing indicator displays the route toward a destination of a user by using route information.

PURPOSE: A communication device installed in a vehicle which is used in a communication system and a method for transferring information by using the same are provided to retransmit a safe message of accident content about vehicle of far distance among rear vehicle to the rear vehicle, thereby reducing traffic of the communication system. CONSTITUTION: A first vehicle broadcasts a first safety message(S400). At least one of a second vehicle analyzes the first safety message(S402). The second vehicle determines the progress of calculated delay time(S404). If delay time is passed, the second vehicle broadcasts a second safe message corresponding to the first safety message(S406). If the delay time is not passed, relevant second vehicle receives the second safe message before the delay time is passed(S408).

PURPOSE: A vehicle information transmitting method, a vehicle information receiving method thereof, and a system performing the same are provided to effectively transmit vehicle information between a vehicle gate way and an information terminal. CONSTITUTION: An authentication server(300) performs an authentication process about an information terminal(200). When authentication succeeds, the authentication server transmits authentication code information including an authentication code, an access level and validity period information to the information terminal. A vehicle gateway(130) authenticates the information terminal based on the authentication code and the validity period information.

PURPOSE: A display and warning system of vehicle security information using a room mirror and a method thereof are provided to display the distance and speed of a flowing vehicle using a sensor. CONSTITUTION: A display and warning system of vehicle security information comprises a sensor(100), a display unit(200) and a room mirror(300). The sensor senses a flowing vehicle existing in the same lane. The display unit indicates the information of the flowing vehicle as right and left reversed form. The display unit stores the information of the flowing vehicle including an information module(210). The information module stores the security information of the vehicles corresponding to the information of the flowing vehicle. The display unit compares the information of the flowing vehicle and the security information including a compare module(220).

An alert message broadcasting system and a method thereof are provided to quickly inform a dangerous situation on a road to a neighbor hop by using communication between vehicles. A storage unit(210) stores relay car information. A receiver(200) receives car location information from a location determination center. A calculator for calculating a distance between cars calculates a distance between cars based on one's car location received from a car location receiver and location information of a neighbor car. A communication device unit(250) transceives a message related to maintaining and managing a relay car. A relay car selecting unit(230) selects a relay car by using the message transceived through the communication device unit. A relay car maintenance unit(240) maintains/manages the selected relay car.
