A purpose of the present invention is proving a method for manufacturing an uneven-shaped Z-pin which forms an uneven shape economically and effectively improving a bonding force on the surface of the Z-pin, as for the Z-pin for a combination in the stacking direction of a composite stacked structure, and a Z-pin manufactured by the method.

PURPOSE: An artificial satellite separation signal output circuit for a high reliability artificial satellite is provided to improve the reliability in launching the artificial satellite or separating, and to minimize the failure rate by operating a backup computer stably against wrong operation of a main processor with detecting the stable separation signal. CONSTITUTION: An artificial satellite separation signal generating and detecting circuit is composed of a separation signal command circuit(10) applying a separation command signal to a separation signal generating circuit(30) in separating; the separation signal generating circuit detecting the separation signal from the separation signal command circuit and generating a pulse signal for driving a separation timer(40); the separation timer generating a time-out signal in not stopping the separation timer by a main processor(50); and a power switching relay(60) of the artificial satellite processor converting power from the main processor to an artificial satellite backup processor(51) in generating the time-out signal. The reliability is improved by operating the backup computer stably against wrong operation of the main processor.

PURPOSE: Z-pinning patch, manufacturing and coupling method of a laminated composite structure using the same are provided to improve process efficiency and productivity by implementing Z-pinning of a composite structure using the most simplified simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A Z-pinning patch(30) is used for Z-pinning for delamination performance reinforcement of a composite laminated structure or contact connection between a plurality of laminated members. The Z-pinning patch includes a base plate formed as a plate shape and a plurality of pins(32) formed in a protruded shape in the vertical direction or inclined direction while one side is fixed to the base plate. A manufacturing method of the composite laminated structure using the Z-pinning patch includes a stage in which the composite laminated structure of pre-formation or post-formation is arranged, a stage in which the Z-pinning patch is located on the composite laminated structure of pre-formation or post-formation in order the other side of the pin to be contacted and a stage in which the pin is inserted into the composite laminated structure by applying a pressing force toward the base plate.

CONSTITUTION: A programmable voltage pattern generator(1) generates a voltage pattern which is needed by a user. A voltage/current converting circuit(2) converts the voltage pattern generated in the programmable voltage pattern generator(1) into a current value. A TR(Table Row) amplifying circuit(3) controls the current value by applying a current value converted in the voltage/current converting circuit(2) to a base current of a transistor to control a turn-on current. The programmable voltage pattern generator(1) includes an N-bit counter/timer for controlling time and a 8-bit micro controller comprised of a D/A(Digital/Analog) converter for converting a digital voltage value into an analog voltage value.
