Abstract: PURPOSE: A vehicle seat is provided to improve ride quality for a person seat on a side seat by folding a side seatback and a center seatback at the same time when a person folds the side seatback and folding a center seatback only when a person folds the center seatback. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle seat comprises a primary hinge shaft(41), a secondary hinge shaft, a folding actuator unit, and a dive actuator unit(60). The folding operation unit controls the folding of the center seatback and the side seatback. Abstract: PURPOSE: A separation preventing device of a seat rail of a vehicle is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost because upper and lower reinforcing rails do not need to be installed additionally and to prevent fingers of a user from being caught between upper and lower reinforcing rails when a seat upper rail is moved backwardly. CONSTITUTION: A separation preventing device of a seat rail of a vehicle is composed of a sliding hook(100) and a fixing piece(200). The sliding hook is movably mounted along the longitudinal direction of a lower rail(500) of a vehicle body. The fixing piece comprises a restriction pin. The restriction pin is hanged on the sliding hook when a seat upper rail(600) is moved backwardly. The fixing piece is fixed to a cushion frame(610).
