CONSTITUTION: A gas safety system for a vehicle comprises at least one sensor(310) installed in a trunk(10), to sense gas leakage of a gas bombe(200); a control unit(400) to receive a signal transmitted from the sensor and outputs a corresponding control signal; a ventilating unit turned on according to the control signal of the control unit, to forcibly send gas in the trunk to the outside; and a warning unit turned on according to the control signal of the control unit, to warn of gas leakage. A ventilation hole(115) communicating with the outside is formed to a rear floor panel(110) in the trunk. The gas safety system includes a fan(500) installed to the lower part of the ventilation hole.

The section shape factor variable of the cowl top cover structure is selected, and pressure distribution of the cowl top cover hole is analyzed(S12). The section shape factor variable is set optimally in equalizing the analysis output to the target value by comparing the analysis with the target value(S14), and the section shape factor is modified and returned to the pressure distribution analysis step(S22). The pressure distribution of the cowl top cover hole is analyzed three-dimensionally based on the optimum value(S16), and the shape of the cowl top cover is displayed on the screen with programming(S18).

    Abstract: A fuel tank cooler of a vehicle using an acoustic refrigeration method is provided to cool a fuel stored in a fuel tank and to reduce the generation of the evaporation gas by operating an acoustic cooler and cooling the fuel by a low temperature heat exchanger.
