CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring combustion chamber oil inflow of an engine comprises a dummy head block(100) fixed to the upper end of a cylinder block(10) of the engine; measurement chambers(110) formed to the inside of the dummy head block and connected to a bore of the cylinder block; and oil collection parts(112) formed in the measurement chambers, to collect oil, spouting and coming in from the bore of the cylinder block, in the measurement chamber.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A piston structure is provided to improve top ring function scraping oil at an end of an exposing cycle by transmitting combustion pressure to the top ring directly. CONSTITUTION: A ring groove(15) is formed to receive a piston ring and a top ring(14) in outer upper circumference of a piston. Connection holes(20) connecting the upper part(12a) of the piston(12) and the ring groove(15) is formed radially. A combustion pressure of a combustion chamber is applied to the top ring directly, thereby making scraping oil of the top ring easy at an end of an exploding cycle. The connection holes are formed rectangularly with the upper part of the piston.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A wear condition guide system of a tire and a method thereof are provided to calculate the wear of a tire in order to show a driver on the basis of speeds measured by a GPS signal and a wheel speed sensor. CONSTITUTION: A wear condition guide system of a tire comprises a data measurement unit(10), a DLR correction unit(20), a GPS speed measurement unit(30), an accumulated average output unit(40), a filtering unit(50), a wear loss output unit(60), and an alert unit(70). The data measurement unit measures the load and pneumatic pressure of a tire and a wheel speed. The DLR correction unit corrects DLR using the load and pneumatic pressure of the tire, and the wheel speed on the basis of the relation information of speed, pneumatic pressure, load, and DLR. The GPS speed measurement unit measures the speed of a vehicle using a GPS signal. The accumulated average output unit extracts DLR for satisfying a threshold with the speed of the DLR and calculates an accumulated average value by a predetermined time or number unit on the basis of the speed measured by GPS speed measurement unit. The filtering unit removes noise in the accumulated average values. The wear loss output unit calculates a wear loss using the filtered accumulated average values. The alert unit alerts when the wear losses are off limits.     Abstract: An air spring for vehicles is provided to change the spring properties of an air spring, thereby improving ride comfort according to rolling. An air spring for vehicles comprises: a tube line(100) whose both ends are connected to right and left air springs installed on a vehicle body; and a adjusting valve(200) installed on the route of the tube line. The adjusting valve blocks air inflow of the tube line in case of rolling side to side in order to change the spring properties of the air spring. The adjusting valve is installed in the middle of the tube line. The adjusting valve consists of: a valve body(210) having a through-hole(212) to be connected to the tube line; a chamber(220) positioned above the through-hole; and a central weight(230) combined with the valve body.
