PURPOSE: A ball-joint for a stabilizer bar link is provided to prevent a stud body from rotating when a fastening bolt is coupled. CONSTITUTION: A ball-joint for a stabilizer bar link comprises a dust cover(21), a stud body(31) and a stud ball(41). The dust cover is connected to both end parts of a stabilizer bar link(10). The stud body is fixed and coupled on a mounting bracket(1) for mounting a lower arm. The stud ball is integrally formed on the lower part of the stud body. The stud ball is inserted inside the dust cover. A screw fastening groove(33) is formed on the stud body in the longitudinal direction. The upper part of the stud body is comprised of a polygonal head unit(35).

An apparatus for adjusting a caster and a camber in an automotive suspension is provided to control a caster and a camber by horizontally moving a connector around a second connecting part to a lower arm. An apparatus for adjusting a caster and a camber in an automotive suspension comprises: a lower arm(10) consisting of an upper panel(11) and a lower panel(12); a connector(20) which is mounted on the lower arm in order to be moved; and an first, second and third connecting parts(30,40,50) connecting the lower arm and the connector. The first connecting part and third connecting part move around the second connecting part.

본 발명은 전방 현가장치의 하측 스프링 시트 구조에 관한 것으로서, 베이스쉘(baseshell)에 3개의 너트를 포함한 레일구조 형상의 슬롯홀을 구비하여 하측 스프링 시트도 상기 레일구조에서 연속적으로 상,하방향의 이동을 가능하게 함으로써, 차량 하중차나 스프링의 품질 산포로 인해 차량자세가 불균일할 때 라이드 하이트(ride height)를 연속적으로 변환할 수 있어서 완벽한 차량자세를 확보할 수 있고, 차량 쏠림 현상 발생시 라이드 하이트를 이용해 캐스터를 증감시켜 쏠림을 방지할 수 있는 전방 현가장치의 하측 스프링 시트 구조에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: A structure for a lower spring seat of a front suspension is provided to secure the perfect posture stability of a vehicle by continuously converting the ride height if the posture of the vehicle is unstable by load difference of the vehicle or quality distribution of a spring and to prevent the pulling of the vehicle by increasing and decreasing a caster by using the ride height. CONSTITUTION: In a front suspension integrated with a steering knuckle and composed of a strut installed with a shock absorber, a suspension arm, a ball joint connecting the suspension arm with a lower part, and a spring, a structure for a lower spring seat(4) of the front suspension comprises a base shell(2) for including a plurality of combining units(2a) formed along the outer peripheral surface and arranged with rail-shape slot holes(2b) and embedding a movable nut therein; the lower spring seat formed in a shape corresponding to the base shell, arranged to cover the periphery of the base shell, formed with a hole combining with the base shell by a bolt(B) from the outside to which the combining units are inserted and mounted; and the bolt combined with the movable nut through the slot hole of the base shell and the hole of the lower spring seat. The lower spring seat changes the height of the base shell.

PURPOSE: An automatic adjusting apparatus of wheel alignment for a vehicle is provided to improve traveling stability by wearing tires evenly with adjusting the caster angle and the camber angle automatically during traveling. CONSTITUTION: An automatic wheel alignment adjuster is composed of vehicle height and speed sensors(110,120) detecting the height and speed of a vehicle during traveling; a control unit(200) outputting a control signal according to output from vehicle height and speed sensors; an actuator having variable rotational force according to the control signal from the control unit; a strut insulator(400) having a gear(410) in the outer periphery, and interlocking with engaging with a driving shaft(310) of the actuator; a piston rod(500) combined with the middle of the strut insulator; and a piston center(600) combined with the lower part of the piston rod, rotated by a guide(700) and formed eccentrically. The wheel alignment is adjusted automatically according to vehicle speed and load during traveling. Traveling stability is improved with wearing tires evenly by adjusting the caster angle and the camber angle automatically.
