Abstract: 본발명의실시예에따른질소산화물정화촉매는, 엔진에서발생된배기가스가통과하는배기라인에설치된담체, 질소산화물을흡착하는흡착물질, 환원제의일부를수소로전환하는전환촉매, 질소산화물과수소로부터암모니아를합성하는합성촉매로구성되고상기담체측에형성된제1층, 및상기제1층에서합성된암모니아를산화시켜제거하는암모니아산화촉매(AOC)로구성되고상기제1층과인접하여배기가스측에형성된제2층을포함한다. 따라서, 질소산화물을흡착하는흡착촉매에흡착된질소산화물이제1층에서암모니아로합성되고, 그합성된암모니아를제2층에서산화시키는암모니아산화촉매(AOC: ammonia oxidation catalyst)에의해서질소와수분으로용이하게정화된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A catalyst supporting material for purifying exhaust gas, a manufacturing method thereof, and a manufacturing device are provided to enhance durability by preventing sintering at high temperature and to improve catalyst performance by dispersing a noble metal catalyst substance by nano size. CONSTITUTION: A catalyst supporting material for purifying exhaust gas includes a catalyst convertor, a vacuum chamber, a supporting material, and a noble metal target. The catalyst convertor includes the catalyst supporting material coated by plasma vacuum deposit evaporation. The catalyst supporting material is one of platinum(Pt), palladium(Pd), and rhodium(Rh). A surface of the supporting material is coated with a noble metal catalyst substance by a sputtering method. The supporting material is arranged in the inside of the vacuum chamber. The noble metal target is arranged on the top of the supporting material to coat the surface of the supporting substance.
