    Abstract: The objective of the present invention is to prevent collision or falling of a vehicle. More specifically, the present invention relates to a system for securing safety during driving by identifying the lay of the land around and controlling the body of the vehicle automatically by using a sensor attached onto a vehicle and a navigation device. To put it concretely, the present invention includes: a data collection unit to identify existence of an obstacle at the front and the sides and measure a distance to the obstacle if any; a navigation device to obtain the current location of a vehicle, the driving route, and the lay of the land around a road; a situation recognition unit to recognize the current status of the vehicle and the lay of the obstacle based on the data obtained by the navigation device; a risk determination unit to evaluate possibility of collision or degree of risk based on the data recognized by the situation recognition unit; and a vehicle body control unit to control the body of the vehicle based on the possibility of collision or the degree of risk evaluated by the risk determination unit.
