PURPOSE: A cylinder head gasket is provided to improve airtight effect of the gasket by preventing the gasket and a cylinder block from getting loose. CONSTITUTION: A cylinder head gasket(10) is installed between a cylinder block(20) and a cylinder head cover installed to the upper end of the cylinder block, maintain airtightness between the cylinder block and the cylinder head cover. The top surface of the cylinder block coming in contact with the gasket is extended to the upper ends of liners(30) installed to a bore of the cylinder block, to form a single plane. A load centerline of beads(13) formed to the surface of the gasket is positioned outside the liners.

PURPOSE: An oil pan including an oil filter device is provided to filter and remove minute impurities from an engine oil supplied to the inside of an engine. CONSTITUTION: An oil flow passage(21) is formed at one side of a main oil pan(2) connected to the lower part of an engine block(1). An auxiliary oil pan(3) is attached to one side of the main oil pan, and has an oil connecting passage(31) connected to the oil flow passage. An oil filtering device is installed between the main oil pan and the auxiliary oil pan to connect the oil flow passage of the main oil pan to the oil connecting passage of the auxiliary oil pan, and has a filtering paper(46) for filtering impurities when an engine oil stored in the main oil pan flows to the auxiliary oil pan.

본발명의일 실시예에의한연성동박적층판은제 1 동박층, 복합폴리이미드층및 제 2 동박층이순차로적층되고, 복합폴리이미드층은폴리이미드층및 복수의열가소성폴리이미드층을포함하고, 복합폴리이미드층의최외각층은열가소성폴리이미드층으로이루어진다. 복합폴리이미드층의총 두께에대하여, 복수의열가소성폴리이미드층의전체두께는 15 내지 50% 이고, 폴리이미드층의두께는 50 내지 85%일수 있다. 제 1 동박층및 제 2 동박층두께는각각 30 내지 80㎛이고, 복합폴리이미드층의총 두께는 40 내지 60㎛가될 수있다.

PURPOSE: A variable capacity vane oil pump for a vehicle is provided to stably maintain oil discharging pressure by preventing the return of cam rings at an irregular slope. CONSTITUTION: A variable capacity vane oil pump for a vehicle comprises a shaft(150), a rotor(160), a vane(170), a cam ring(120), a body(110), and a soft seal(130). The vane, which has bidirectional freedom, is formed in the slot of the rotor. The vane supplies the oil of an engine according to the rotation of the cam ring. The soft seal is installed between the cam ring and the body. The cam ring prevents the friction between an inner circumference of the camber and a soft seal at variable sections.

A check valve structure is provided to improve reliability for controlling and operating oil pressure and oil flow by constantly keeping pressure and flow amount of oil discharged from an oil outlet after the oil flow along an oil path. A check valve structure includes a cylindrical type housing(11) whose one end is open, a cylindrical projection(11a) whose one end is formed integrally at the center of the inside of the housing and the other end formed to be concentric with the housing while being projected toward the open end of the housing so as to have a height smaller than the housing, a cap(12) mounted on the open end of the housing and including an oil inlet(12a) passing through the middle thereof, a spring(14) inserted into the cylindrical projection, one end of the spring projected to the outside of the cylindrical projection, a check ball(13) provided to one end of the spring projected to the outside of the cylindrical projection so as to be elastically supported, thereby selectively opening/closing the oil inlet according to elastic change of length of the spring, an oil passage(16) formed along the length direction of the housing so as to be separated from the cylindrical projection in the housing and connected to the oil inlet, and a discharge pipe(15) provided so as to pass through a side surface of the housing and to be connected to the oil passage and to function as an oil outlet.

기계가공된 모서리의 응력집중 방지구조가 개시된다. 개시된 기계가공된 모서리의 응력집중 방지구조는, 기계가공되는 가공품의 모서리의 응력집중 방지구조에 있어서, 상기 모서리의 일 지점에 응력집중부가 형성되고, 상기 응력집중부의 좌우에는 적어도 하나의 다중라운드가 형성된 것을 그 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 응력이 집중되는 모서리의 면적을 크게 형성되도록 하여 크랙을 방지할 수 있어 기계가공되는 가공품의 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있는 이점이 있다.

PURPOSE: An assembling part reinforcing device of a starter motor of an engine is provided to improve the rigidity by forming the assembling part of the engine and the transmission housing with plural rails and by adding the latticed rib and the boss around the installation part of the starter motor. CONSTITUTION: An assembling part reinforcing device of a starter motor of an engine is composed of a latticed rib(202) formed in a cylinder block(200) around a starter motor assembling part to increase the rigidity of the assembling part in rotating by a ring gear of the starter motor combined with the cylinder block, and plural rails(204,206,212,214) formed in the assembling portions of the cylinder block of the engine and the transmission housing to reinforce the assembling part. The first rails are formed in the outer periphery of the assembling part of the cylinder block and the transmission housing, and the second rails are spaced from the first rails.
