    Abstract: 본 발명에 의한 차량용 수동변속기의 동기장치는, 허브 기어(26)에 스플라인 결합되어 기어 변속시 클러치 기어 방향으로 이동되는 슬리이브(30)와, 상기 슬리이브와 클러치 기어 사이에 위치되어 기어 변속시 클러치 작용을 하는 싱크로나이저 링(28)과, 상기 허브 기어와 슬리이브 사이에 설치된 싱크로나이저 키(32)를 구비한 수동변속기의 동기장치에 있어서, 상기 싱크로나이저 키의 상단에는 돌출부(42)가 형성되고, 상기 슬리이브의 내주면에는 상기 돌출부에 대응하여 걸리는 홈(44)이 형성되되, 상기 돌출부에는 제1걸림돌출부와 제2걸림돌출부가 순차적으로 돌출된 2단의 걸림돌출부가 형성되고, 상기 홈에는 상기 제1걸림돌출부와 제2걸림돌출부에 대응하여 걸리는 제1걸림홈부와 제2걸림홈부로 파인 2단의 걸림홈부가 형성되어 있으므로, 슬리이브� �� 클러치 기어가 치접촉될 때의 2차 걸림감을 해소시켜 원활한 변속이 이루어지게 한다.

    Abstract: A carrier cup of a planet carrier is provided to allow a pinion gear to be mounted on the planet carrier stably by keeping a space between an exterior circumference of the pinion gear and an interior circumference of the leg constant. In a carrier cup of a planet carrier, a carrier cup of a planet carrier comprises a carrier plate(100) and a plurality of legs(110). A carrier board has a disc shape, and a carrier hole(140) is formed at the center of the carrier board. A first and a second pinion hole(120,130) are formed around of the carrier hole, and a first and second pinion shaft are mounted in the hole of the first and the second pinion. The carrier shaft is inserted into a carrier hole on the carrier board and the carrier hole of the carrier cover so that the carrier cup and carrier cover are connected with each other.

    Abstract: An oil guide of an automatic transmission and a thrust washer assembly are provided to prevent the oil from being accumulated at a specific region by uniformly supplying the oil to a clutch and a pinion shaft. A thrust washer(100) includes plural oil grooves, which are formed along a circumference of the thrust washer. The oil groove decreases a friction between the oil groove and a balance piston by using an axial vibration of a planetary gear carrier and lubricating oil from an input shaft. Plural oil guides(200) are spaced from one another along a periphery of the thrust washer, such that the lubricating oil from the thrust washer is delivered to the pinion shaft. A first oil groove(110') is formed at an implementation direction of the oil guide, such that the lubricating oil is supplied to the pinion shaft. A second oil groove(110'') is formed away from the implementation direction of the oil guide, such that the lubricating oil is supplied to an overdrive clutch(500).

A plurality of bearing lubricating holes(5) is arranged on the circumference of the carrier body, disjointed from each other. The pinion lubricating hole is formed in the same phase as a pinion shaft which is mounted on the carrier body. The bearing lubricating hole is arranged in the phase in between the pinion lubricating holes.

    Abstract: A structure for improving lubrication in a thrust bearing is provided to provide lubrication oil for both a balance piston and a thrust bearing pertinently by preventing from flowing into only the balance piston by forming a lubrication projection inside a sleeve to be coincided with a rear cover groove and to reduce cost since a guide groove of the rear cover is possible to be made of material in itself and to prevent the sleeve from rotating. A structure for improving lubrication in a thrust bearing includes a main lubrication channel(310) formed inside a rear cover as a fixing member coupled with a main body through a sleeve(100) as a connecting member and a clutch part as a rotating member where oil moves to lubricate the part where relative rotation occurs; a input shaft formed a first lubrication channel for the moved oil through the main lubrication channel to flow inside; a lubrication hole(420) formed from an external diameter to the internal diameter of the input shaft for lubrication oil flowed inside the input shaft so as to be flowed into the rotating member where relative rotation occurs; and a secondary lubrication channel(600) formed for the lubrication oil is flowed in through the lubrication hole to be flowed in to the balance piston. The structure for improving lubrication in a thrust bearing also includes a third lubrication channel(810) formed to be extended in the secondary lubrication direction perpendicularly in front of the inside of the rear cover for lubrication of the thrust bearing installed between the clutch part as a rotating member and the rear cover as a fixing member to decrease friction resistance between them and a fourth lubrication channel(820) formed to be extended in horizon with the lower part inside.
