Abstract:
본 발명은 폐 시트를 미세 분쇄하고, 이를 통해 얻은 분쇄물에 PET와 같은 폴리에스터 섬유, LM PET와 같은 저융점 폴리에스터 섬유, 폴리프로필렌 섬유 및 마를 혼합하고 카딩하는 과정으로부터 흡차음재를 제조하는 방법 및 그에 의해 제조된 흡차음재 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본원 발명의 방법을 이용하면 폐 시트의 폴리우레탄 폼을 재활용할 수 있으며, 흡차음 부품에 적용하기 위한 외관 품질 또는 우수한 흡차음 성능의 흡차음 조성물을 얻을 수 있는 장점을 가진다. 본원 발명의 과정을 통해, 정전기 발생을 방지할 수 있고, 표면이 고른 흡차음재를 얻을 수 있는 장점이 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An apparatus for selecting polyurethane foam and fibers is provided to enable to selectively separate polyurethane foam and fiber, to enable to recycle other materials from scrapped car remains by classification, to minimize the environmental loads by the waste recycling, and to increase the recycling rate of the scrapped car. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for selecting polyurethane foam and fibers comprises a first selector(20), a second selector(30), and a third selector(40). The beginning part of the first selector filters fine particles such as soil, sand, and glass pieces from scrapped car remains. Large size of polyurethane foam and fibers are selected from the scrapped car remains as the foam and fibers go through the latter part of the first selector. The second selector pulverizes the remaining materials after the first selection by the first selector. The third selector sorts medium-sized polyurethane foam and fiber among the pulverized remaining materials after the first selection in the first selector, and secondly separate plastics, rubber and other materials.
