Abstract: PURPOSE: A permanent magnet fixing method of a rotor is provided to improve the performance of a rotor by fixing a position of the permanent magnet and a rotor core before filling an insertion hole with filling materials. CONSTITUTION: A permanent magnet(120) is inserted into a permanent magnet insertion hole formed in a circumference direction of a rotor core(100). A magnetic force generator(200) supplies magnetic force to the rotor core. The permanent magnet insertion hole is filled with fixative to fix the permanent magnet. The magnetic force generator is installed in the rotor core or the outside of the core. The magnetic force generator flows a strong magnetic flux in a metal pin(220) by using a strong current flowing in a coil(250).
