본 발명은 하이브리드 차량용 냉각수 리저버 탱크에 관한 것으로, 한 개의 케이스(10)내에 엔진 냉각용 냉각수(13)를 보관하는 제1챔버(11)와 하이브리드 부품 냉각용 냉각수(14)를 보관하는 제2챔버(12)가 동시에 구비된 구성이므로, 부품수 감축과 중량 감소 및 원가 절감을 이룩할 수 있게 되고, 이와 더불어 엔진룸의 여유 공간 확보가 가능하도록 된 것이다.

PURPOSE: A device for controlling the variation of a rotor is provided to improve the driving properties in a high speed rotation region by varying the position of multiple rotors according to speed. CONSTITUTION: A shaft assembly (10) has an oil path. A fixed core is formed at the outside of the shaft assembly. A variation core (22) is arranged at the outside of the shaft assembly to be adjacent to the fixed core. A fluid pressure supply part supplies working fluid to the variation core. A control part operates the fluid pressure supply part.

The present invention relates to a molding apparatus for positioning a permanent magnet of a rotor and a method thereof, capable of improving the performance of a driving motor by aligning the permanent magnets inserted into a magnet insertion hole of a rotor core in the same position in the axial direction of the rotor core when the permanent magnet is positioned in the rotor core in a driving motor manufacturing process of an eco-friendly vehicle. For this, the present invention provides the molding device for positioning a permanent magnet of the rotor which includes: a top mold which supports the upper side of the rotor core into which the permanent magnets are inserted; a bottom mold which supports the lower side of the rotor core; a plurality of fixing members which is formed on the inner wall side of the top mold and supports one end of each permanent magnet; and a plurality of fixing members which is formed on the inner wall side of the bottom mold and supports the other end of each permanent magnet.

PURPOSE: A rotator assembly for a monitor is provided to prevent the separation of rotor cores from an axial direction by caulking-joining a caulking joining unit of a fixing member to a rotary shaft, thereby improving durability. CONSTITUTION: A rotary shaft(10) comprises a supporting unit(11) of a flange form in one end portion to be integrated. A plurality of rotor cores(30) is laminated on the rotary shaft. An end plate(50) is interposed in between the supporting unit and an outermost side of the rotor core. A fixing member(70) is caulking joined to the other end portion of the rotary shaft. The fixing member comprises a pressing unit(81) and a caulking joining unit(91) which are formed to be integrated.

PURPOSE: A water pump protection method is provided to prevent damage to water pump parts such as bearing in a no-load condition by determining the no-load condition and stopping the operation of the water pump. CONSTITUTION: A water pump protection method comprises steps of: driving a water pump and a timer of a controller when a vehicle is started(S1), checking whether pump current is less than the reference current(S2), applying pump current corresponding to the load of electronic components to the water pump, checking whether the pump current less than the reference current is maintained for the set time, and stopping the operation of the water pump(S6).

The present invention relates to a rotor shaft of a driving motor and a rotor core assembly. Provided are the rotor shaft of the driving motor having a partial stationary fit type keyway and the rotor core assembly using the same capable of improving the fixation power and the durability of a core by preventing the movement of the rotor core in which the keyway connected to a key of the rotor core by using a partial stationary fit method is formed and of fundamentally preventing the deformation of the core caused by a shrink fit process. The present invention comprises a core assembly unit in which the rotor core is assembled and the keyway which is formed on the core assembly unit to fit the key formed on the rotor core. The keyway provides the rotor shaft of the driving motor which comprises a section in which the size of a width is different. Provided is the rotor core assembly which is assembled with the rotor core in which the key inserted into the keyway is formed to be assembled in the rotor shaft.
