Abstract: La invencion se refiere a un metodo para recubrir en la superficie a aparatos y partes de aparatos, para la construccion de instalaciones quimicas, por ejemplo, aparatos contenedores y paredes de reactores, dispositivos de descarga, accesorios, bombas, filtros, compresores, centrifugas, columnas, intercambiadores de calor, secadores, maquinas reductoras, partes elaboradas, y mecanismos de empaque y de mezcla. El metodo se caracteriza porque la protuberancias, con una altura promedio de 100 nm hasta 50 °m se producen en la superficie que se va a recubrir, a intervalos promedio de 100 nm hasta 100 °m, antes que la superficie se recubra por depositar, sin corriente electrica, una capa de metal o una capa de una dispersion de metal-polimero, que usa un ba+- o de galvanizacion que contiene un electrolito de metal, un agente de reduccion y, opcionalmente, un polimero o una mezcla de polimeros que se va a depositar, en forma dispersa.

Abstract: Aqueous suspension transferring involves cooling of the aqueous suspension in a stirred tank at 60-90[deg] C following the polymerization, and is transferred into a tank from the stirred tank, by a heat exchanger. An independent claim is also included for a method for production of expandable styrene polymers, which involves carrying out polymerization of the monomers in aqueous suspension in a stirred tank in presence of a volatile expanding agent, and dosing of the aqueous phase over a period of 5-60 minutes.

The method is characterised in that bumps with an average height of 100 nm to 50 mu m are produced on the surface to be coated, at average intervals of 100 nm to 100 mu m, before the surface is coated by currentlessly depositing a layer of metal or a layer of a metal-polymer-dispersion using a galvanisation bath containing a metal electrolyte, a reduction agent and optionally, a polymer or polymer mixture to be deposited, in dispersed form.
