Independent claims are also included for: (1) a preparation of silicate layer containing polyurethane comprising reacting isocyanate with a compound having isocyanate group reactive hydrogen atom, where in the reaction (I) is used; (2) an elastomeric polyurethane (II) obtained by the above method; and (3) a molding resin or hard foam material based on (II).
