    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a set value of temperature in a refrigerator from changing due to contact with an adjustment dial when loading or unloading food into or from the refrigerator by burying the refrigerator temperature adjustment dial on the inner box side surface of the refrigerator. SOLUTION: A heat-insulating material is expanded and filled between an outer plate 1 and an inner box 2 of a refrigerator and a heat-insulating box body is formed, and a square hole 3 is opened at the front part of the side surface of the inner box 2. Then, an inner box contacting part 6 in contact with the inner box 2 is provided at the outer periphery of the reverse side of a printed circuit board holding member 4 where a decoration plate 5 is provided and an outer-periphery rib 7 is provided inside the inner box contacting part 6 and then a substrate-mounting part 8 is provided inside the outer- periphery rib 7. A substrate 11 is fixed to the substrate-mounting part 8 of the printed circuit board accommodation member 4 with screws 12, a variable resistor 13 is sealed onto the substrate 11, and a dial 14 is mounted to the variable resistor 13 so that it can rotate freely as a knob when adjusting temperature. In this case, a surface 14a of the dial is located so that it is at the deeper side from a surface 5a of the operation part 5.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a full access to a food storing space of a refrigerator, facilitate a control of an indoor temperature of the refrigerator in a relaxed posture, and enable a mounting of wiring at a place where one can readily find them while eliminating the use of an elongated electric wire and preventing the breakage of the electric wire. SOLUTION: A temperature controller of a refrigerator comprises a hole 2 formed in one inner side face 1 thereof, a box-shaped circuit board accommodating member 7 which is fitted into the hole 2 by means of a pawl provided at the upper portion thereof while having a circuit board fixedly mounted on the rear surface thereof by small bolts and the like and a display portion mounted on the front surface thereof, an operating board portion having a recessed indentation which can be mounted to the circuit board accommodating member 7, and a heat insulation cover which has a flange portion thereof brought into contact with the rear face around the hole 2 and accommodates a wiring 11 which is connected with a circuit board therein. In the above construction, the heat insulation cover and the circuit board accommodating member 7 are embedded in the inner side face 1 of the refrigerator.

SOLUTION: This refrigerator is equipped with a hole 2 opened on a side surface of a refrigerator inner box 1, a box-shaped substrate storage member 7 having a substrate 3 fixed on a back surface and an operation part 9 on a front surface so as to be fitted into the hole 2 through a claw 6 on an upper part thereof, and a heat insulating cover 13 having a flange 10 abutting with a back surface of a periphery of the hole 2 and capable of storing the substrate 3 and bound wiring 11 inside thereof.     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make up for a decline in defrosting performance in a freezer/ refrigerator using a mixed refrigerant containing a combustible refrigerant or a single-component combustible refrigerant due to the use of a defrosting and heating means that is lower in temperature than the ignition temperature of the refrigerant. SOLUTION: This freezer/refrigerator is constituted in such a way that the defrosting of at least one of the pipes 7 at the refrigerant inlet or outlet of an evaporator 5 is performed, by providing the heating means 6 beside the pipe 1 so as to obtain contact heat conduction or near the pipe 1 so as to obtain indirect heat conduction through the evaporator 5. Therefore, the frost adhering to the evaporator 5 and its periphery can be defrosted even when the defrosting means 6 which is lowered in temperature is used.

SOLUTION: A refrigerator comprises an outer casing recessed part 4 formed in the top surface of the outer box of a refrigerator a hinge plate recessed part 7 formed along a position situated on the outer box recessed part 4 side; a hinge reinforcing plate recessed plate 7 positioned on the heat insulation material 3 side of the outer box recessed part 4; a caulking 12 fixing the outer box recessed part 4 and the hinge reinforcing plate recessed part 5; a screw 8 to fasten the hinge plate recessed part 7 and the hinge reinforcing recessed part 5 against each other; a cover 15 to cover a hinge plate 6; a hinge pin 14 arranged at one end of a hinge plate; and a hinge support recessed part 19 positioned facing the hinge pin 14. A hinge plate 6 is extended through the outer box recessed part 4 and securely fastened at the hinge reinforcing plate 5 and the hinge fastening part is positioned at a part situated in a level lower than that of the outer peripheral flange of the hinge plate 6. Protrusion of the hinge mounting part is reduced, the content volume of the refrigerator having the same height is increased, and constantly stable positioning is practicable.

CONSTITUTION:A refrigerator body 1 is composed of an outer box 2, an inner box 3 and foamable heat insulator 4 filled between the boxes 2 and 3. A dew reception tray 27 receives defrosted water periodically defrosted from frost on a cooler 16 by an automatic timer, and a heat insulation piece 28 of foamed styrol, etc., is disposed between the tray 27 and the box 3. Since the tray can be formed without influence of the foaming pressure of the insulator filled between the boxes 2 and 3 to the oblique angle of the inner surface 27 of the tray, drain water after defrosting the cooler 16 is effectively fed on the inner surface 27b of the tray and water droplets do not remain, and hence clogging of a drain tube 27a can be prevented.
