    Abstract: A semiconductor laser capable of emitting blue or green light is disclosed. The semiconductor laser comprises an n-type ZnMgSSe cladding layer (2), an active layer (3), a p-type ZnMgSSe cladding layer (4), a p-type ZnSe contact layer (5) and a p-type ZnTe contact layer (6) which are stacked in this sequence on an n-type GaAs substrate (1). A p-side electrode (7) is provided on the p-type ZnTe contact layer (6). An n-side electrode (8) is provided on the back surface of the n-type GaAs substrate (1). A maltiquantum well layer (9) comprising quantum wells made of p-type ZnTe and barriers made of p-type ZnSe is provided in the depletion layer produced in the p-type ZnSe contact layer (5) along the junction interface between the p-type ZnSe contact layer (5) and the p-type ZnTe contact layer (6). Holes injected from the p-side electrode (7) pass through the junction by the resonant tunneling effect through quantum levels formed in the quantum wells of the multiquantum well layer (9).

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a manufacturing efficiency and a yield by a method wherein a key area part in which a first resin is filled is pushed out from one face side to the other face side, a second resin is put on the first resin to be filled, and a projected part for pushing a switch is formed. SOLUTION: A feed reel 17 on which a tape shaped film 1 is wound is provided above a film processing part 12, and the tape shaped film 1 sent out from the feed reel 17 is wound on a winding reel 20 via rollers 18, 19 in a non-contact state at a position near a movable side mold 16. A control part is provided inside a base stand 11 of an operation key-manufacturing apparatus 10, and respective rotary speeds of the feed reel 17 and the winding reel 20 are controlled. Besides, by controlling a driving source, the control part makes the movable side mold 16 approach or separate from a fixed side mold 14 in synchronism with travel of the tape shaped film 1.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the turbulence of a received image by adding the program searching signal of a special signal format to the head of image data. CONSTITUTION:At the time of receiving the image data from an opponent, an image program searching signal VDMK to indicate that the image data is followed thereafter is made into the signal format different from a transmitting path correcting signal TRCR by making the signal VDMK into a dual tone signal. Consequently, though null periods T1-T2 are generated in the correcting signal TRCR owing to an instantaneous interruption or a pulse noise, the correcting signal TRCR after the time T2 can not be taken for the program searching signal VDMK. At the time of sending the image data, at a transmitting side, a relay contact is switched to a contact at the feeding mode side of the image data, simultaneously, a calling tone signal CLTN is sent, and a receiving side is compulsorily switched to the receiving mode of the image data. Consequently, a voice signal from the transmitter of the telephone set of one's own or the opponent can not be mixed with the image data to be transmitted. Thus, an image deviation can be prevented, and a still picture can be normally transmitted and received.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the disorder of a received picture by using an internal clock even at the time of receiving picture data. CONSTITUTION:At the time of receiving the picture data from an opponent, a carrier signal S1 is extracted from a received AM signal Sa, and instead of making the extracted signal S1 into a clock and writing the picture data to a memory 41, a frequency-dividing signal S1 from a dividing circuit 84 is made into the clock and the picture data are written to the memory 41. Consequently, even though an instantaneous interruption and a pulse noise are generated in a picture data period T6, the increment of a writing address to the memory 41 can not be suspended. Thus, the dislocation of a displayed picture due to the instantaneous interruption and the pulse noise can be prevented.
