    Abstract: PURPOSE: To manufacture a release film of superior resistance to heat, flatness, resistance to water and solvents, and having an excellent mold-releasability by forming a release layer at least on one surface of an aromatic polyamide film of specified thermal shrinkage factor. CONSTITUTION: A release layer is formed at least on one surface of an aromatic polyamide film of thermal shrinkage factor of 0.5% of less at 150 deg.C and for 30 minutes. Such aromatic polyamide is represented by the formula I and the formula II, and it is preferable to use the aromatic polyamide with repeating unit of 50mol% represented by the formula I and the formula II, more preferably 70mol% or over. In the formula I and the formula II, Ar1 , Ar2 and Ar3 are aromatic nucleuses, and R, R' and R'' are functional groups selected out of halogen, nitro, cyano, 1-4C alkyl, 1-3C alkoxy and triallyl silyl, and (l), (m) and (n) are each integers of 0-4.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain a magnetic recording medium having good preservable stability by forming a magnetic recording medium produced by using an org. high polymer for a nonmagnetic base material. CONSTITUTION: This magnetic recording medium is produced by forming a magnetic layer on the nonmagnetic base material formed by using the org. high polymer. The magnetic recording medium is so formed as to satisfy both equations of Is I/Is O>=0.8 and Ir O/Ir I>=0.8 when the initial saturation magnetization is defined as Is O, residual magnetization as Ir O, the saturation magnetization after treatment for 1000 hours in the environment of 65 deg.C and 80% RH as Is I and the residual magnetization as Ir I. Whether the magnetic recording medium with which stable performance is obtd. at and under a high temp. and high humidity or which is preservable over a long period is determined by drastically lessening the influence by the impurities in the base material, by which the deterioration in the magnetic layer is prevented. The magnetic recording medium which is usable outdoors and is capable of preserving recording over a long period is obtd. by decreasing the contained impurities reacting with the magnetic layer and more particularly the magnetic layer formed by using a magnetic material.

SOLUTION: This resin composition is characterized by comprising 10-60 wt.% resin and 40-90 wt.% inorganic particles compose mainly of silicon. The film is characterized by being made from the resin composition.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester film containing a polyethylene terephytalate formable into a capacitor having a good breakdown voltage as its main component. SOLUTION: A polyester film contains 0.05 to 3 wt.% of inorganic grains of the mean grain diameter of 0.01 to 3 μm, the height Rt of the highest projection of the inorganic grains is 0.5 to 2 μm, the number of the calescence points of the inorganic grains is 3,000 to 20,000 piece/nm, and the mean diameter of the calescene points is 0.5 to 5 μm. The surface orientation coefficient fn, which is shown by formula: fn=(nMD+nTD)/2-nZd, of the polyester film is 0.17 to 0.18. (In the formula, nMD, nTD and nZD represent the refractive indexes in the longitudinal, widthwise and thickness directions of the polyester film, respectively).

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable good surface properties and flatness at a high speed by making a solvent having compatibility with an organic polymer exist between a support and an organic polymer solution film to be cast. SOLUTION: An organic polymer solution is extruded by a T-die 1, and it is supported by a cast drum 7. A solvent having compatibility with the organic polymer is made to exist between an organic polymer solution film 5 extruded from the T-die 1 and the drum 7 by a solvent adding device B, which is installed upstream from the T-die 1 and made movable by a press mechanism 3 to enable its position to be adjusted. The solvent is added onto a support by the contact with the drum 7. The solvent having compatibility forms the solution of the polymer of at least 1 wt.% at an ordinary temperature. In this way, even in the case of a thin film, good surface properties and flatness can be made possible at a high speed.
