    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the motive power by forming a sandwich panel or a hollow section panel as a structural member of a cage. SOLUTION: A cage 1 of an elevator is formed by five faces, that is, a floor plate 3, a ceiling plate 4, the side plates 5 and a back plate 6, and an openable and closable car door 7 is installed at a front side. The floor plate 3, the ceiling plate 4 and the side plates 5 are formed by a sandwich panel comprising a core material and a skin material made of a plastic sheet, or a hollow section panel using the plastic sheet as the skin material and the stringer, and a part corresponding to a car frame 2 is provided with a reinforcement spur made of these panels to improve the total rigidity and strength of the cage. Accordingly high rigidity and strength can be obtained even when a thickness of the panel is thin, and the weight can be considerably reduced by the effect of the low specific gravity of the material. Whereby the motive power can be reduced, and the car can be easily applied to a home elevator operated by a domestic power source.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an FRP lattice lightweight while strength and stiffness are high and rupture can be prepercepted by a method wherein a reinforcing fiber and a resin are combined, the reinforcing fiber contains a high tensile elastic modulus reinforcing fiber and a low tensile elastic modulus reinforcing fiber, and the high tensile elastic modulus reinforcing fiber is contained by a specific ratio to total of the FRP lattice. SOLUTION: This FRP lattice is provided by combining a reinforcing fiber and a resin, the reinforcing fiber contains a high tensile elastic modulus reinforcing fiber 2a and a low tensile elastic modulus reinforcing fiber 2b, and the high tensile elastic modulus reinforcing fiber is contained within a range not exceeding 40% to total volume of the FRP lattice. A cross section shape of each lattice bar of the FRP lattice is formed in a reverse trapezoid shape, the low tensile elastic modules reinforcing fiber 2b is arranged almost on the whole surface, and the high tensile elastic modulus reinforcing fiber 2a is at random contained therein. As the high tensile elastic modulus reinforcing fiber 2a, a carbon fiber is optimum because to is excellent in chemical resistance, water resistance or the like, lightweight and has high strength. As the low tensile elastic modulus reinforcing fiber 2b, for example, a glass fiber is used. As the resin, a vinyl ester resin is preferable.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be excellent in processability and assembling property as well as lightweighted and having sufficient rigidity and strength by possessing an FRP board containing a reinforced fiber texture as a rigidity member. SOLUTION: A floor panel 3 is made as an integral molding of a panel member 21 composed of an FRP board and a reinforced member 22 provided on the back side. The panel member 21 is composed of an inner panel 23 having two sheets of FRP boards containing a reinforced fiber texture arranged in the inside of a cargo compartment and an outer panel 24 arranged on the outside thereof, and is made a sandwich structure with a core material 25. Thus it is excellent in lightweighting effect, assembling operation is facilitated, manufacturing cost is reduced, and pay load can be increased.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a sealing method and its device which are capable of effectively sealing the leakage of heat medium particles from an inlet 23 and an outlet 24 of front drive fiber in a flame resistant device 10 which serves as a fluidized bed. CONSTITUTION:In a flame resistant device 10 which comprises a main body 11 which holds heating medium particles inside, an intake hole 23 and an outlet hole 24 of front drive fiber bored on the aforesaid main body, an air supply system and an air emission system of heating gas which is connected with the main body 11, an attempt is made to install at least two suction holes 29 which are designed to absorbcatch heating medium particles in a holdup chamber 27 and the inlet 25 and outlet 26 of the front drive body fiber 3 or the particles which leaked out in the holdup chamber by way of a porous plate 34 having a finer ventilation hole than the size of the fine particles, near the intake hole 23 and sealing section 12 and 13 which comprises an air suction means 33 connected with the suction hole 29. The leakage of in-furnace heating medium particles 1 from the inlet and outlet holes 23 and 24 can be effectively sealed by means of a bridge 38 formed in the holdup chamber 27.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the structure of a side rail part by setting the cross section of the side rail to a solid closed section structure of an FRP material including a skin material and a core material and changing in the front/rear direction of a truck. SOLUTION: A gate panel 9 opening/closing balancer 41 is fixed to the bottom side of a floor body, the inside face of a side rail 22, or a lateral floor joist and the tip part of its operation rod 42 is rotatably coupled with the gate panel 9 via a coupling member 43. When the panel 9 fitted to the side rail 22 so as to open/close freely is opened, the balancer 41 energizes upward (closed direction) so as to substantially offsets its dead load and operate the panel 9 lightly and easily. The cross section of the side rail 22 of the balancer 41 fitting part has an L-shaped open cross section structure 44 and is provided with an L-shaped FRP material part 45 and a metal reinforcing member 46 embedded therein so as to be insert formed. As a result, this constitution allows the balancer 41 to be fitted easily even in a case of positioned inside the side rail under the floor limited spatially and sufficiently secure the rigidity and durability necessary for respective parts, while securing the light weight performance due to the use of the FRP material.

The value of θ is set in the range of at least 45 deg. to smaller than 90 deg.. These reinforcing fiber layers 3, 4 and 5 form respectively a composite material contg. the reinforcing fiber and a resin, namely, an FRP under a condition where they are molded into the FRP cylindrical body 1.     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high rigidity, a high strength, a reduced weight, and a reduced power requirement by employing an FRP sheet having a specific value of vibration damping coefficient ratio as a component of a cage. SOLUTION: A cage 2 comprises as components; side panels 5, 6, a ceiling panel 7, a back panel 8, a floor panel 9, and a door 10. At least some of the components are made of materials including an FRP sheet. Vibration damping coefficient ratios of the components including the FRP sheet is made to be at least 0.002, or the vibration damping coefficient ratio of the entire cage 2 is made to be at least 0.005. While the higher the vibration damping coefficient ratio, the better the vibration damping property, too high a damping coefficient ratio causes a steep increase in manufacturing cost. Therefore, the abovevalues are appropriate.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To remove foreign matter particles attached to a treating object and to get high removing effect in stable state over a long period without lowering the quality of the treating object. CONSTITUTION:A narrow gap 2 is formed between a pair of curved thin plates 1 placed opposite to each other. A yarn or web W to be treated is passed through the narrow gap 2 while supplying a gas to the narrow gap 2 through an air-feeding port 5 and a nozzle 6 to effect the self-excited vibration of the thin plates 1. The powder attached to the web W is removed by the vibration and recovered in a recovery tank 8.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To shorten the time for providing precursor fiber with flame resistance, by flattening a precursur fiber assembly to be provided with flame resistance followed by treatment on heating at a specific flattened state. CONSTITUTION:A precursor fiber assembly is flattened using e.g. a free roll, and made to travel through the heating medium fluidized bed 5 in an oven 1 for provision with flame resistance with the width W direction of the flattened fiber bundle essentially vertical whereas the thickness d direction horizontal, thus performing provision of said fiber with flame resistance so that the ratio W/d is >=5. During the above process, fluidization of the heating medium is little hampered, thus accomplishing high heat transfer from said medium to the flattened fiber bundle.
