    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for measuring a yarn, by which the dyed degree and shape characteristics of the yarn can automatically be detected in response to the change in the shape of the yarn, even when the yarn is a largely shape-changed yarn such as an interlaced yarn, a partially untwisted yarn, a partially drawn yarn, or a napped yarn, to provide a device for producing a yarn, characterized by controlling the quality of the yarn under the automatically detected result. SOLUTION: This method for measuring the dyed degree and/or shape characteristic of the yarn, comprising allowing the dyed yarn Y to travel, simultaneously irradiating light L containing visible light and infrared light on the yarn Y from a light-irradiating means 5, receiving the visible light component and the infrared light component contained in the light R scattered from the travelling yarn Y, detecting a dyed degree evaluation value and a shape characteristic evaluation value responded to the change in the shape of the yarn, judging a difference between the dyed degrees in response to the change in the shape of the yarn, and controlling the quality of the yarn on the judged result.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of high voltage static electricity on the TAB tape surface within a heating chamber by providing means for removing static electricity within a heating chamber in hardening a thermosetting resin applied to a semiconductor element. CONSTITUTION:Return rollers 3a and 3b are provided in a heating chamber 2, moreover many tape guides 6 are provided, and a TAB tape 1 is carried from the inlet at the left side of a heating chamber 2 to an exit at the right side. At that time, AC type ion blow apparatuses 5a, 5b and 5c of AC method as static electricity removing means are attached along the carrying region for TAB tape 1. These ion blow apparatuses 5a, 5b and 5c are respectively arranged so as to perform uniform ion blowing against the front and rear surfaces of a TAB tape 1 from the ion outlet, thereby preventing the occurrence of static electricity on the TAB tape 1. By doing this, a failure by high voltage static electricity f9 discharge can be prevented and the occurrence of defective products can be prevented.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To increase the reliability with compactness and less variation in zero potential, by heating the barrier of solid electrolyte having oxygen ion conductivity with the heating means having heaters built in the electric insulation heat resistant board. CONSTITUTION:At the both walls of the barrer 1 of solid electrolyte (e.g., solid solution of ZrO2 and MgO) of oxygen ion conductivity, the porous electrodes 2, 3 of platinum and platinum alloy are provided, and they are connected to the voltmeter 7 with the leads 4, 6. To heat the barrier 1 at about 40 deg.C or more, the resistant heater 5D is printed on one plate 5A of the ceramic plate to form the heater 5C with unified plate 5B. This is molded in the shape such as plate, cylinder and rod, specified to the concentration cell. It is provided at the both walls of the wall 1 as the heater 5. 5E is the terminals to connect external power supplies. Thus, since the wall 1 is uniformly heated, the variation in zero potential is avoided. Accordingly, it can be applied to the oxygen meter with high reliability.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To detect abnormal oxygen density with high precision by detecting the variation rate of a partial oxygen pressure by a detector after equalizing the partial oxygen pressure of detected gas to that of reference one by forming a short circuit between electrodes provided to both internal and external sides of a partition wall of a solid-state electrolyte. CONSTITUTION:Porous electrodes 5 and 6 are provided on external and internal surfaces of partition wall 1 of a solid-state electrolyte to form an oxygen concentration cell and reference gas 4 is sealed in airtight container formed of partition wall 1. Then, while the external surface of container 3 is exposed to detected gas, switch 13 of short circuit 8 for electrodes 5 and 6 is closed and it is confirmed that reference gas 4 becomes equal in partial oxygen pressure to the detected gas. Then, switch 13 is opened to make a comparison the variation in partial oxygen pressure of the detected gas and a set value by detection circuit 9 and when it exceeds the set value, alarm circuit 17 is put into operation. Therefore, the oxygen concentration cell never generates electromotive force until the oxygen density of the detected gas varies, so that detection precision can be improved.
