    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items, sealing places and cost, prevent the leakage of a coolant, and realize miniaturization, by integrating compressor constitution parts. SOLUTION: In a vane type compressor provided with a front side member 25 and a rear side member 20 arranged, respectively, on the front side and the rear side of a cam ring 1, a nearly circular arc state inlet chamber 11 with a driving shaft 7 as a center is provided on the cam ring side end surface of the rear side member 20. In addition, an inlet port 12a, for feeding a low pressure coolant gas to a compression chamber formed between vanes 14 from the inlet chamber 11 in suction stroke, is provided on the rear side end surface of the cam ring 1. By adopting this constitution, a rear side block can be eliminated to reduce the number of a part item to decrease the whole consumption quantity of aluminium system material, and also sharply reduce places to be sealed, also shorten a spindle direction length.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disperse an abnormal pressure applied to a holder by constructing a holder of a holding part, which is bent into a circular arc pressing the inside wall of valve insertion space and is used for holding, and a regulating part, which is adjacent to the holding part, and is provided with a radius of curvature larger than that of the holding part and regulates a lift quantity of a roll valve. SOLUTION: A discharge valve 25 is constructed of a roll valve 30 and a holder 40. The holder 40 is constructed of a holding part 41, which is bent into a circular arc with a dimension slightly larger than the diameter of a valve insertion space 23 and presses the inside wall of the valve insertion space 23 over 180 degrees or more when it is inserted into the valve insertion space 23, and a regulating part 42, which is bent into a circular arc with a dimension larger than the diameter of the holding part 41 and regulates a lift quantity of the roll valve 30. In insertion, the roll valve 30 is inserted into a valve insertion space 23, and then, the holder 40 is inserted while being compressed. In this way, restoring force against the compression of the holder 40 works, so that the holder 40 is fixed in the valve insertion space 23, while the roll valve 30 is clamped and fixed between the holder 40 and the inside wall of the valve insertion space 23.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the malfunction of pressure by the coolant as a material to be compressed by regulating lifted variable of a roll valve with a tip of a locking member for fixing a roll valve and a holder. SOLUTION: A projecting port 24 communicated with a cylindrical valve insertion space 23, which is formed in a cylinder, is opened and closed by a roll valve 30, and this roll valve 30 is formed so as to pinch a holder 40 between an inner wall of the valve insertion space 23. In the condition that the holder 40 is covered with the roll valve 30, a bolt 50 for regulating lifted variable of the roll valve 30 is screwed with an insertion hole 32, which is provided in the roll valve 30, and a screw hole 41, which is provided in the holder 40, and an insertion hole 32, which is overlapped with the screw hole 41, for fixation. With this structure, malfunction of pressure by the coolant as a material to be compressed can be avoided.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a replacement of roll valve and valve seat at the same time by installing a discharge valve assembly, which is obtained by integrally forming a roll valve with a discharge hole to be opened and closed by the roll valve, in a valve insertion space. SOLUTION: A locking projection 43 of a valve stopper 40 is fitted in a fitting hole 53 of a roll valve 50 so as to temporary assemble a valve stopper 40 and the roll valve 50. The valve stopper 40 and the roll valve 50 are inserted into a valve holder 30, and the locking projection 43 of the valve stopper 40 is fitted in a fitting hole 33 of the valve holder 30, and the valve stopper 40 and the roll valve 50, which are temporarily assembled, and the valve holder 30 are assembled, and fixed by a screw as a connecting member so as to assemble a discharge valve assembly 20, which is integrally formed with the discharge hole 31, and the discharge valve assembly 20 is installed in a valve insertion space. With this structure, at the time of replacing the roll valve 50, a valve seat surface can be replaced at the same time.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the cost by decreasing the number of partitems, and improve the reliability by preventing the compression of the liquid. CONSTITUTION:A vane type compressor is provided with a cylinder 1, a front head 5 fixed to one end surface of this cylinder 1, a rear head 6 fixed to the other end surface of the cylinder 1 through a rear side block 4, a rotor 2 housed in the cylinder 1 in rotatable manner, and a plurality of vanes 14 which are slidably inserted into a plurality of vane grooves 13 formed in in an approximately radial direction of this rotor 2. The space formed of the rear side block 4 and the rear head 6 is partitioned by a partition wall 3 into a suction chamber 11 and a discharge chamber 10, and the circumference of the suction chamber 11 is surrounded by the discharge chamber 10. The refrigerant gas in the suction chamber 11 is heated by the refrigerant gas in the discharge chamber 10, and when the compressor is stopped, liquefaction of the refrigerant gas in the suction chamber 11 is prevented.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight scroll compressor by disposing a self-rotation preventing mechanism for a swing scroll member between a thrust plate interposed between the member and a front block and the member. SOLUTION: A compressor part 5 disposed in a sealed case 4 of a scroll compressor 1 comprises a swing scroll member 20 and a fixed scross member 30. A thrust plate 50 is interposed between the member 20 and a front block 2. In this plate 50, an opening part 53, guide pin sliding holes and fitting holes 52 are formed. The part 53 is opened in a such an area that a fitting part 22 of the member 20 can turn. The guide pin sliding holes are formed so as to have therein inserted guide pins 25a-25d constructing a self-prevention mechanism. The fitting holes 52 are formed into which pins fixed to the block 2 are fitted. With such the simple constitution, the self-rotation of the member 20 can be prevented and the small size and lightweight form is attained.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a leak of a refrigerant by reducing airtight positions and prevent the burning of a rotor without applying a surface treatment to a side block. SOLUTION: This vane compressor is provided with a cam ring 1, a front head 5 fixed to the front side end face 1a of the cam ring 1, and a rear head 6 fixed to the rear side end face 1b of the cam ring 1 to close the rear side opening of the cam ring 1 and to be kept in contact with the rear side end face 2b of a rotor 2. A front side block 3 is stored in the front head 5 to close the front side opening of the cam ring 1 and to be kept in contact with the front side end face 2a of the rotor 2. The front side block 3 is made of an iron material. Only the cam ring 1, front head 5 and rear head 6 are exposed to the outside space, the number of compressor components exposed to the outside space is reduced than the conventional example, and the seal positions between the components are reduced. Since the front side block 3 is made of the iron material, its sliding characteristic is good, and the burning of the end face of the rotor 2 can be prevented while no surface treatment is applied.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent abrasion and seizure between a rear side end surface of a rotor and a rotor side end surface of a rear side member at starting time by arranging a groove, which sends high pressure supplied through a vane back pressure chamber between the rear side end surface of the rotor and the rotor side end surface, on the rotor side end surface of the rear side member. CONSTITUTION: An annular groove 23 is arranged on a rotor side end surface of a movable plate 4 opposed to a rear side end surface of a rotor 2 of a vane type compressor. This annular groove 23 has a large diameter groove part 23a communicated with a vane back pressure chamber 13a existing in a section up to the vicinity of a finish position of a compression stroke from a start position of a suction stroke. A high pressure introducting passage 24 to communicate a delivery chamber 10 with the vane back pressure chamber 13a is arranged in a front side block 3, and an opening-closing valve 25 to open the high pressure introducing passage 24 when pressure of the delivery chamber 10 does not reach a prescribed value, is arranged in the middle of it. Therefore, when the compressor is started, slidingly movable surface pressure between the rear side end surface and the rotor side end surface is reduced by high pressure fluid from the annular groove 23, and abrasion is restrained.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a movable plate from being deformed without increasing the weight of a compressor and prevent the performance from being lowered, noises from being generated, and seizure. SOLUTION: A movable plate 4 movable along the center line of a driving shaft, 7 is held on a rear head 6 in s state opposite to the rear side end face of a cam ring 1, and a compression chamber and a delivery chamber 10 formed between vanes are shielded by means of the movable plate 4, and a space is provided where atmospheric air is sealed inside the movable plate 4. Since the pressure of this space is lower than the pressure on both sides of the movable plate (pressure between the compression chamber and the delivery chamber 10), the movable plate 4 is deformed, however, the section of the movable plate 4 is deformed in almost weight shape. At this time the outer circumference edge part of the movable plate 4 comes into contact with the rear side end face of the cam ring 1, and only the center part of the movable plate does not enter a middle-height state extruded to the cam ring 1 side.
