Abstract: The invention relates to a method for separating a mixture containing a) a monoethylenically unsaturated compound that can be obtained by adding two terminal olefins carrying the functional groups necessary for producing the monoethylenically unsaturated compound containing at least two functional groups, or a saturated compound obtained by hydrogenating one such compound, b) a compound that can be obtained by adding more than two of the terminal olefins cited in a) or a compound obtained by hydrating one such compound, a nd c) a compound which contains a transition metal, is homogeneous in relation to the mixture, and is suitable as a catalyst for producing a monoethylenically unsaturated compound by adding two terminal olefins carrying the functional groups necessary for producing the monoethylenically unsaturated compound containing at least two functional groups. According to said method, the mixture is separated by means of a semi-permeable membrane, obtaining a permeate and a retentate, in such a way that the weight ratio of constituent b) to constituent c) in the mixture supplied to the semi-permeable membrane is smaller than in the retentate.

Abstract: Procedimiento para la hidrogenación catalítica de adipodinitrilo para dar hexametilendiamina a temperatura elevada y a presión elevada en presencia de catalizadores, que se basan en hierro elemental como componente catalíticamente activo, y amoníaco como disolvente, caracterizado porque se hidrogena a) adipodinitrilo a temperaturas desde 70 hasta 220ºC y a presiones de 100 hasta 400 bar en presencia de catalizadores, que se basan en hierro elemental como componente catalíticamente activo, y amoníaco como disolvente a una mezcla, constituida por adipodinitrilo, 6-minocapronitrilo, hexametilendiamina y productos de elevado punto de ebullición, hasta que asciende la suma de la concentración de 6- aminocapronitrilo y de adipodinitrilo asciende a un 1 hasta un 50 % en peso, referido a la mezcla de hidrogenación exenta de amoniaco, b) se separa de las descarga de hidrogenación amoníaco, c) se separa de la mezcla residual hexametilendiamina, d) se separan 6-aminocapronitrilo y adipodinitrilo de productos de elevado punto de ebullición individualmente o conjuntamente, y e) se reconducen 6-aminocapronitrilo, adipodinitrilo o sus mezclas en la etapa a).

Abstract: In the present invention, there is disclosed a hydrogenation process of alpha-, omega-dinitriles in the presence of a catalyst, said process being characterized in that as a catalyst, there is used a mixture containing the following components: (a) iron or iron-based compound or mixtures thereof, (b) 0.001 to 0.3 percent by weight of a promoter based on 2, 3, 4 or 5 elements being selected from the group consisting of aluminum, silicon, zirconium, titanium and vanadium,(c) from 0 to 0.3 percent by weight based on the component (a) weight of a compound based on an alkali and/or alkaline earth metal, and also (d) from 0.001 to 1 percent by weight based on the component (a) weight of manganese. The above-specified mixture for the catalysis is obtained by reduction and optional passivation of magnetite, or by precipitation of substances that provide on carrier materials or without their presence the above components (a), (b), (d) and optionally (c), or by impregnating a carrier with a solution of the components (a), (b), (d) and optionally (c), or spraying the components (a), (b), (d) and optionally (c) to a carrier.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for simultaneous production of 6-aminocapronitrile and hexamethylenediamine from adipodinitrile, comprising the following steps: a) hydrogenating adipodinitrile in the presence of a catalyst containing an element of the VIII subgroup thereby obtaining a mixture containing 6-aminocapronitrile, hexamethylenediamine, adipodinitrile and high boilers; b) distillative separation of hexamethylenediamine from the mixture containing 6-aminocapronitrile, hexamethylenediamine, adipodinitrile and high boilers or c1) distillative separating 6-aminocapronitrile and subsequently d1) distillative separation of adipodinitrile or c2) simultaneous distillative separation of 6-aminocapronitrile and adipodinitrile into separate fractions. The invention is characterized in that temperatures in the bottoms of the column in steps d1) or c2) are under 185 DEG C. The adipodinitrile thus obtained contains less impurities than for instance 1-amino-2-cyanocyclopentenes.
