Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing dialkylamides of the alkali metals by reacting the corresponding dialkylamine with the corresponding alkali metal in the presence of an electron donor substance of the group 1,3-butadiene, isoprene, naphthalene and/or styrene with the formation of low quantities of butenyl dialkylamine. According to said method, the corresponding alkali metal is introduced and suspended in a solvent and the dialkylamine and the electron donor substance are added, such that the dialkylamine is present in an amount up to 45 wt. %, preferably up to 25 wt. %, in particular up to 15 wt. % and the butadiene is present in an amount up to 5 wt. %, preferably up to 3 wt. %, in particular up to 1.5 wt. %.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for producing a shaped body that contains at least one zeolite. The inventive method comprises the following steps: (X) producing a mixture containing a zeolite or a mixture of two or more thereof, (XI) mixing the mixture obtained in (I) with a binder, and (XII) kneading, shaping, drying and calcinating the mixture obtained in step (II). The method is further characterized in that the binder contains aluminum.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for obtaining 3-aminomethyl-3,5,5-trimethyl cyclohexylamine (isophorone diamine, IPDA) with a cis/trans isomer ratio of at least 73/27 by fractional distillation. Said method comprises the following steps: a) preparation of IPDA with a cis/trans isomer ratio /=73/27 and iv) an IPDA fraction with a cis/trans isomer ratio
Abstract:
A process for producing a polyamide by reacting at least one aminonitrile with water has the following steps: (1) at least one aminonitrile is reacted with water at a temperature from 100 to 360 DEG C and pressure from 0.1 to 35.x 10 Pa, yielding a reaction mixture; (2) the reaction mixture is further reacted at a temperature from 150 to 400 DEG C and pressure lower than the pressure in step 1. The temperature and pressure are selected to yield a first gaseous phase and a first liquid or solid phase or a mixture of a first solid and a first liquid phase. The first gaseous phase is separated from the first liquid or solid phase or the mixture of a first liquid and a first solid phase is separated; and (3) the first liquid or solid phase or the mixture of a first liquid and first solid phase is mixed with a water-containing gaseous or liquid phase at a temperature from 150 to 360 DEG C and pressure from 0.1 to 30 x 10 Pa, yielding a product mixture. Also disclosed are other embodiments of this process and the thus produced polyamides.
Abstract:
Aliphatic alpha,omega-aminonitriles are prepared by partially hydrogenating aliphatic alpha,omega-dinitriles at an increased temperature and pressure in the presence of a solvent and a catalyst. The catalyst contains (a) a compound based on a metal selected from the group made up of nickel, cobalt, iron, ruthenium and rhodium; (b) 0.01 to 25 % by weight in relation to (a) of a promoter based on a metal selected from the group comprising of palladium, platinum, iridiu m, osmium, copper, silver, gold, chromium, molybdenum. tungsten, manganese, rhenium, zinc, cadmium, lead, aluminium, tin, phosphoru s, arsenic, antimony, bismuth, silicium, titanium, zirconium and rare earth metals; and (c) 0 to 5 % by weight in relation to (a) of a compound based on an alkaline or alkaline-earth metal, provided that component (a) not be based on iron or iron and a metal selected from th e group comprising cobalt, ruthenium and rhodium when (b) is a promoter based on a metal selected from the group comprising titanium, manganese, chromium and molybdenum. Moreover, when component (a) is a compound based only on ruthenium or on rhodium, ruthenium and rhodium, or nickel and rhodium, promoter (b) may be dispensed with.
