    Abstract: A compound microscope system, according to one embodiment, may comprise: a sample holder for supporting a sample; an optical interference microscope module for transferring a broadband light towards the sample and a reference mirror, and forming a tomographic image of the sample on the basis of a spectrum image formed by the mutual interference between lights reflected from the sample and the reference mirror; and a nonlinear microscope module for forming a nonlinear image of the sample by irradiating a laser pulse towards the sample, and then measuring an excitation light comprising excited multiphoton.

    Abstract: There is provided a coaxial-cable coupled and water-cooled SWP (surface wave plasma) generator, wherein the generator comprises: a hollow connector (100) having a first inner space defined therein; a coaxial-cable (200) connected to the hollow connector (100), wherein the cable (200) has a core (210) configured to transmit an electromagnetic wave from an electromagnetic wave oscillating unit to the hollow connector (100), wherein the core (210) extends into the inner space of the hollow connector (100); a dielectric tube (300) having a first end portion electromagnetically coupled to the hollow connector (100) so that the electromagnetic wave transmitted into the hollow connector (100) is electromagnetically inputted into the dielectric tube (300); and a discharge gas injection unit (400) fluid-communicating with the dielectric tube (300) to inject a discharge gas into the dielectric tube (300).

    Abstract: Provided is a time-of-flight mass spectrometer including: an ionization part receiving electron beams to thereby emit ions; a cold electron supply part injecting the electron beams to the ionization part; an ion detection part detecting the ions emitted from the ionization part; and an ion separation part connecting the ionization part and the ion detection part, wherein the cold electron supply part includes a microchannel plate receiving ultraviolet rays to thereby emit the electron beams, the ions emitted from the ionization part pass through the ion separation part to thereby reach the ion detection part, and the ion separation part has a straight tube shape.
