Abstract: PURPOSE: A fuel tank for a gas fuel vehicle and a fuel charge method thereof are provided to supply liquid LPG fuel from a liquid layer to an engine smoothly by maintaining constant pressure in an air layer in a bomb by using pressure maintaining gas. CONSTITUTION: A fuel tank for a gas fuel vehicle comprises a bomb(10), a fuel tank, and a pressure maintaining gas(G). The fuel tank comprises a charge valve(20) and a multi-valve(30). The charge valve charges the bombe with gas fuel and comprises a housing(21), a fuel inlet(22), and a charging pipe(23). The housing is installed by being projected from the exterior of the bomb. The fuel inlet is coupled with one side of the housing and charged with the external gas fuel. The discharging pipe is formed in the bombe adjacent the inner bottom of the bombe from the fuel inlet. The multi-valve discharges the charged gas fuel outside. The pressure maintaining gas is injected through predetermined pressure.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A pressure fuel pump for a direct injection gasoline engine is provided to improve the performance of improving pulsations of fuel by maintaining the fast response property of a damper. CONSTITUTION: A pressure fuel pump for a direct injection gasoline engine comprises a damper unit(20). The damper unit comprises a damper cover(21), a lower guide(22), a damper(23), and an upper guide(24). A lower part of the damper cover is opened to be connected to an upper part of a connection portion(10). A plurality of first movable grooves(211) is formed on an inner upper surface of the damper cover. The lower guide is formed into a circular ring shape, and inserted into the connection portion. A first flow path is formed in the lower guide at a constant interval. The damper is settled inside the lower guide. The upper guide is placed above the damper. A second flow path is formed in the upper guide at the constant interval.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A direct injection LPI(Liquid Petroleum Injection) system is provided to maintain the thermal equilibrium of a bombe as fuels containing bubbles bypass to the bombe by opening a second shut-up valve for a pre-set driving time. CONSTITUTION: A direct injection LPI system(10) comprises a fuel pump(12), a high pressure pump(14), a fuel supply line(S), a fuel recovery line(R), a bypass line(B), and shut-up valves. The fuel pump is embedded in a bombe(11), and supplies fuels to an engine by pumping. The high pressure pump pressurizes a part of pumped fuels at the high pressure. The fuel supply line transfers the fuels provided from the fuel pump to the high pressure pump. The fuel recovery line recovers the rest fuels of the pumped fuels to the bombe. The bypass line branches from the fuel recovery line, and bypasses the fuels containing bubbles to the bombe. The shut-up valves are opened and closed in order to open and close the bypass line.
