    Abstract: PURPOSE: A broccoli latte manufacturing method is provided to maintain natural color, taste, and flavor of broccoli by using a freeze-dry technique. CONSTITUTION: Broccoli is washed and cut. The cut broccoli is freeze-dried. The freeze-dried broccoli is pulverized to a size of 30-50 mesh to obtain broccoli freeze-dried powder. At least one of whole-milk powder or skimmed milk powder is mixed with the broccoli freeze-dried powder.
