PURPOSE: A welding head position control apparatus for a welding robot is provided to improve quality of laser welding by constantly maintaining a distance between a welding head and a welding object when performing a welding work. CONSTITUTION: A welding robot is operated by means of a robot controller(14). A joint section(12) is fixed by a supporting section(11). A conveyer(21) is installed at an end of the joint section(12). A welding head(13) is coupled to the conveyer(21). Laser beam generated from a laser generator(15) is radiated into a welding object through the welding head(13). A distance detecting device(23) and a vibration detecting device(27) are installed at an end of the welding head(13) so as to detect the distance between the welding head(13) and the welding object. A driving section(24) is operated according to an algorithm of a position control section(25).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A leveling device of a welding fixing member is provided to freely rotate a lower jig, to control a height and to fix a position of the lower jig and to prevent a falling of the lower jig by fixing force of a plate for welding. CONSTITUTION: A leveling device contains a bracket(7) fixed in a lower jig(8) integrally; a supporting bar(6) installed under the lower jig(8) to move the bracket(7) through a T-shaped slot(4); a square nut(5) inserted inside the T shaped slot(4); a bolt(1) combined with the square nut(5) by penetrating a hole(9) in the bracket(7); a nut(2) stuck to the upper face of the bracket(7) by penetrating with the bolt(1); and set screws(3,3) faced to the upper face of the supporting bar(6) by installing both sides of the hole(9). A height is controlled by the set screw(3) and a position is fixed by the T-shaped slot(4), the bolt(1) and the nut(2). The control of the height and the fixation of the position are performed simultaneously.

본 발명은 자동차나 전동차 등의 차체패널을 만들기 위하여 판재간에 레이저용접을 수행하는 테일러드블랭크 용접시스템에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 일실시예에 의한 2차원 테일러드블랭크 용접시스템은 용접테이블상으로 용접용 판재를 공급하는 판재공급수단과, 용접테이블상에서 판재를 정렬할 때 양 판재의 용접선사이에 틈새 및 단차가 없도록 판재의 크기에 따라 기준위치에 반복적으로 정렬시키는 판재정렬수단과, 용접용 판재들을 용접테이블상의 용접위치에서 맞댄 채 고정시키는 판재고정수단과, 고정된 판재상에서 용접되어야 할 용접선의 위치를 파악함과 함께, 용접시 레이저빔헤드가 용접선으로부터 어긋날 경우 상기 용접선에 일치하도록 보정해주는 용접선추적수단과, 레이저빔이 조사되는 레이저 빔헤드를 계획된 용접선을 따라 주어진 속도로 이동시키는 NC머신을 구비한 시스템으로서, 임의의 위치에 있는 판재의 용접선이 2개이상일 때 한번에 2개이상의 용접선을 용접할 수 있으므로, 하나의 레이저용접유닛으로도 용접선의 증가에 대응할 수 있어서 레이저용접유닛의 추가에 따른 투자비 증가를 방지할 수 있으며, 새로운 장치의 추가에 따른 물류와 시스템의 자유도 제한에 구속될 필요가 없다는 뛰어난 효과가 있다.

본 발명은 맞대기레이저용접을 하기 위하여 용접용 판재를 정렬할 때 양 판재의 용접부사이에 틈새 및 단차가 없도록 판재의 크기에 따른 기준위치에 반복적으로 정렬시킬 수 있는 맞대기레이저용접용 판재의 정렬장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 일실시예인 맞대기레이저용접용 판재정렬장치는 좌우정렬장치와 중앙정렬장치로 구분되며, 이들 모두 용접고정구상에서 용접용 판재를 정렬할 때 판재의 단부를 밀지 않고 하부면을 전자석으로 접착시켜 이동시킴으로써 판재의 손상과 간섭을 방지하고, 중앙정렬스토퍼는 판재가 접촉할 때 스토퍼가 요동하지 않도록 하는 지지수단을 구비함으로써 중앙정렬스토퍼의 상승 및 하강을 원활하게 할 뿐만 아니라 판재의 정확한 정렬을 가능하게 하며, 좌우정렬스토퍼의 위치조정이 가능하게 함� �로써 판재의 크기가 다를 경우에도 용접고정구의 중앙에 정확하게 배치되도록 조정할 수 있다는 뛰어난 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to an apparatus of measuring an operation load of a fast steering mirror unit for a large-aperture telescope that can simultaneously measure loads of three-axis directions applied to a tip-tilting system when the fast steering mirror unit of the large-aperture telescope is tip-tilted, and can utilize the loads to generate a track for the minimized reaction, and that can verify the correct assembled state of the fast steering mirror unit and the stabilization of its driving characteristic, and to a large-aperture telescope having the same. The apparatus of measuring the operation load of the fast steering mirror unit of the large-aperture telescope includes a support member having a lateral support for connecting a mirror cell housing and a secondary mirror provided in the large-aperture telescope to measure the loads of three-axis directions applied to the secondary mirror, with one end of the lateral support being fixed to a fastening adaptor of the mirror cell housing; a three-axis force sensor fixed to the other end of the support member; and a flexure elastic member for elastically supporting the three-axis force sensor.

PURPOSE: An electric welding device is provided to control the welding of various materials by changing the output of welding equipment using a switch. CONSTITUTION: An electric welding device comprises an output select part, an output Waveform selecting unit(19), a welding torch(17), a current controller(14), a three-phase power part, a first rectifier, a transformer part and a second rectifier. The output select part divides the welding output into the variable welding output and fixing welding output. The output Waveform selecting unit selects the special signal of the outputted variable welding output. The welding torch outputs the torch current and welds. The current controller is electrically connected to the welding torch. The current controller controls the welding speed and output voltage through the control of the torch current. The transformer part changes the direct current voltage, supplied through the first rectifier, into the output voltage. The second rectifier changes the output voltage, supplied through the transformer part, into the direct current voltage.

PURPOSE: An electric-powered fluid pressure press machine is provided to conveniently execute a stacked job by simultaneously operating a pair of cylinder rod arms through an electric motor. CONSTITUTION: A clamp(14) is connected to a clamp rod arms(23). The clamp presses a power cable according to the advance of the clamp rod arms. An electric motor(31) generates the torque. A link mechanism consecutively compresses oil within a cylinder. The link mechanism comprises a rotation plate(32), a pair of cylinder rod arms, and a link. The rotation plate is attached to the rotary shaft of the electric motor. A pair of cylinder rod arms is respectively arranged in both ends of a support stand. The link is connected to the rotation plate and the support stand.

PURPOSE: A cutting tip for a saw is provided to prevent the abrasion and undercut of the shank by making the exhaustion of cut material smooth. CONSTITUTION: A cutting tip for a saw comprises an inclined surface(106a). The inclined surface is inclined to a metal shank(104) from the top and bottom. The thickness of a welding unit(107) and the metal shank is similar in the cutting tip and incident angle of the laser beam is no need to be inclined in welding. The cutting tip is rectangular arch shape. The cutting tip is manufactured to be thicker than the thickness of the metal shank in order to reduce the abrasion.
