본 발명은 멀티 수소탱크를 갖는 수소 공급 장치에 있어서, 하나의 수소탱크에만 인탱크 레귤레이터를 장착하고, 나머지 수소탱크에는 솔레노이드 밸브를 장착하여, 주행시 솔레노이드 밸브 제어를 통해 수소 공급이 안정적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 한 연료전지용 수소 공급 장치 및 그 제어 방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명은 상기 복수개의 수소탱크중 연료전지 스택쪽에 가까운 수소탱크 입구부에만 인탱크 레귤레이터를 장착하고, 나머지 수소탱크 입구부에는 솔레노이드 밸브만을 장착한 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 수소 공급 장치 및; n개의 수소탱크를 연결시키는 고압라인에 고압수소를 제공하여 n개의 수소탱크내에 수소가 충전되는 수소 충전 단계와, 차량 주행시 n개의 수소탱크중 연료전지 스택쪽에 가까운 제1수소탱크의 수소만이 연료전지 스택으로 공급되는 수소 공급 단계와, 차량 주정차시 상기 제1수소탱크와 연결된 제2~n 수소탱크로부터 제1수소탱크로 수소가 주입되는 수소 전달 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 수소 공급 장치의 제어 방법을 제공한다. 연료전지, 수소탱크, 인탱크 레귤레이터, 솔레노이드 밸브, 수소 공급

A mounting structure of a compressed gas tank for a vehicle is provided to simplify the structure thereof and improve safety by protecting high pressure parts and pipes from external shock or impact by using protecting panels. A plurality of storing tanks(10) have both ends formed in a hemispherical dome shape and connected by panel brackets(12). Pipe frames(11) couple corresponding edges of the panel brackets to each other as the panel brackets are in close contact with the both ends of the tanks. High pressure parts and pipes(17) are coupled with the tanks as the tanks are coupled with the panel brackets.

PURPOSE: A safety hydrogen filling system using the real-time deformation data of a tank of a solar battery car and a filling method thereof are provided to safely fill hydrogen in the hydrogen tank by applying the real-time deformation data of the hydrogen tank. CONSTITUTION: A safety hydrogen filling system comprises a deformation measuring part(10), a car control part(20), a wireless communication unit, and a filling station control part(41). The deformation measuring part is installed in the hydrogen tank of a car and measures the deformed level of the hydrogen tank. The car control part converts and outputs the output signal of the deformation measuring part to wireless data on the deformed level of the hydrogen tank. The wireless communication unit is arranged between the car control part and the filling station control part to wirelessly receive and send the data. The filling station control part stops the hydrogen filling operation of a hydrogen charger when the tank is deformed over a predetermined level. PURPOSE: A fire safety apparatus of a system storing highly pressurized gas is provided to operate a pressure discharging device with reliability in the event of fire to prevent a highly pressurized gas container from being damaged. CONSTITUTION: A fire safety apparatus of a system storing highly pressurized gas comprises a flame transmission member(30). The flame transmission member transfers flame while being rapidly burnt. The flame transmission member is installed outside a high-pressure gas container(10) and extended from the end of the high-pressure container to a container valve(20). A protector(40) is arranged between the flame transmission member and the high-pressure container. The flame transmission member is made of a plastic material.

PURPOSE: A device and a method for providing hydrogen of hydrogen tank are provided to realize cost down, and to stably supply hydrogen to a fuel cell stack through solenoid valve control in travelling. CONSTITUTION: A device for providing hydrogen of hydrogen tank comprises a plurality of hydrogen tank. An in-tank regulator(14) is mounted on an inlet part of only a first hydrogen tank(10). A solenoid valve is mounted on an inlet part of the other hydrogen tanks(16). A method for providing hydrogen of hydrogen tank comprises a hydrogen charging step, a hydrogen supply step, and a hydrogen transport step.

A hydrogen storage and charge system for fuel cell vehicle capable of performing boost charge of hydrogen is provided to cool an inner part of a hydrogen storage tank by continuously circulating hydrogen between the hydrogen storage tank and a hydrogen charging station. An outlet valve(17) is installed in a rear end of a hydrogen storage tank(10). A hydrogen recovery pipe(19) is connected to the outlet valve and a hydrogen recovery pipe(104) of a hydrogen charging station(100). A hydrogen passage pipe(12a) in installed inside the hydrogen storage tank. Hydrogen is injected in an inner space of the hydrogen storage tank through the hydrogen passage pipe. A part of the hydrogen injected in the hydrogen storage tank is stored in a MH(Metal Hydride) powder(11). Rest hydrogen is returned into the hydrogen charging station through the hydrogen recovery pipe. The hydrogen is circulated between the hydrogen storage tank and the hydrogen charging station.
