Abstract: 본발명은광섬유표면에특정패턴을형성하여입력파장중 특정파장만이반사되도록하는광섬유센서와; 보강섬유와인더에설치되어상기광섬유센서가보강섬유와동일한방향으로와인딩중 자동으로삽입되도록하는광섬유센서의고정및 릴리즈기능을지니는광섬유센서와인더와; 상기광섬유센서를통해수집한파장변화값을솔레노이드밸브를통해입력받아변형률로변환하는신호변환부와; 상기신호변환부로부터변형률값을입력받아이를기 설정된변형률수치와비교하여고압가스탱크의거동에대한정상여부를판단하고, 상기판단결과가출력부를통해시험검사자또는운전자에게전달되도록하는중앙제어부를포함하는와인딩시스템을제공함과아울러, 이와인딩시스템을이용하여자동화된광섬유삽입방법을제공함으로써, 고압가스탱크성형공정과센서삽입공정을동시에자동화로진행할수 있어성형효율성이증대되고, 건전성모니터링고압가스탱크의대량양산과이를통한상용화가가능하며, 광섬유센서를솔레노이드밸브에직접연결함으로써차량으로고압가스탱크정보를통합송신하여시스템을간소화함은물론, 고압가스탱크의이상유무를실시간으로파악하여탱크파열또는가스누출사고를미연에방지하고, 내압방출및 가스공급차단등 능동적대체가가능한효과를기대할수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A fuel tank charging history management system of a fuel cell vehicle and an operating method thereof are provided to manage the charging history of a fuel tank by calculating the charging quantity of a fuel tank through the voltage and temperature of a fuel tank and accumulating the charging frequency of fuel charged to a fuel tank. Abstract: PURPOSE: An electric power steering device and a steering wheel alignment method thereof are provided to improve workability and align a steering wheel accurately through offering the steering assist of an electric power steering device to a steering wheel during the steering wheel alignment process.
