A Glycyrrhiza hot water extract, a method for preparing the extract, and an immune enhance containing the extract are provided to improve the immune increasing activity of animals. A Glycyrrhiza hot water extract is prepared by adding 1,000 mL of distilled water per 100 g of the dried Glycyrrhiza to soak Glycyrrhiza for 20-30 min and boiling it down for 150 min to obtain an extract; adding 800 mL of distilled water per 100 g of the dried Glycyrrhiza to the Glycyrrhiza remaining after the extraction and boiling it down for 150 min to obtain an extract; adding 700 mL of distilled water per 100 g of the dried Glycyrrhiza to the Glycyrrhiza remaining after the extraction and boiling it down for 150 min to obtain an extract; collecting the obtained extract and concentrating it; and dry-freezing the concentrated one.

An Enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli(EHEC) strain isolated from Korean native cattle is provided to be used as a vaccine strain. And a toxoid vaccine for preventing an infectious disease of EHEC comprising an inactivated Shiga toxin produced from the strain is provided to prevent hemorrhagic diarrhea of a calf and induce the decrease of the infection in cattle, thereby being ultimately used for preventing an infectious disease of EHEC. An EC377 strain selected from EHEC derived from Korean native cattle produces shigatoxins 1(stx1) and has a plasma type of 055. An EC611 strain selected from the EHEC derived from Korean native cattle produces stx2 and has a plasma type of 06. An EC381 strain selected from the EHEC derived from Korean native cattle produces stx1 and stx2 and has a plasma type of 0153. 06. 55. A method for promoting the generation of Shiga toxins is characterized in that 0.5-1.0mug/ml of Mitomycin C is added during the culturing of the EHEC strains. A toxoid vaccine for preventing an infectious disease of EHEC comprises at least one Shiga toxins cStx1 and cStx2 toxoid antigen prepared by treating the shigatoxins with 0.2-0.5% of glutaraldehyde for 1-3 hours and then detoxicating it with 0.2-1.0% of lysine.

A preparation method of an inactivated vaccine of swine erysipelas containing an antigen treated with an inactivated swine complement against the antigen is provided to increase immunogenicity of the vaccine while safety of the vaccine is secured. The inactivated vaccine of swine erysipelas treated with an inactivated swine complement against antigen is prepared by adding the inactivated swine complement against antigen into the swine erysipelas antigen in a weight ratio of 1:10, and reacting the mixture at 37 deg.C for 1 hour, or by adding gel containing an immunostimulating agent as an adjuvant into the swine Erysipelas antigen in a weight ratio of 1:10.

Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for screening bovine tuberculosis using an electronic nose, and more specifically, to a method for screening bovine tuberculosis using an electronic nose provided with a metal oxide sensor (MOS). According to the present invention, labor and costs are remarkably reduced by automatically screening serum infected with bovine tuberculosis and serum not infected with bovine tuberculosis with the electronic nose through a simple one-time sample injection process, and thereby rapidly screening a large number of cows with suspected bovine tuberculosis infection.
