PURPOSE: A composition containing a strain which produces chitinase and culture thereof is provided to ensure antibacterial activity and to enhance immunity and anti-cholesterol ability. CONSTITUTION: A strain is Escherichia fergusonii handi 110(deposit number KACC 91498P). A strain is Acinetobacter parvus handi 309(deposit number KACC 91499P). A method for preparing chitin oligosaccharide comprises a step of culturing the Escherichia fergusonii strain in a medium. A composition for feed contains the Escherichia fergusonii strain or culture thereof. An antibacterial composition contains Escherichia fergusonii or culture thereof.

A low-voltage electrical stimulator is provided to increase the bleeding amount and beef quality by uniformly applying electrical stimulation to the cow carcass regardless of a resistance value of the cow carcass. A low-voltage electrical stimulator for improving meat quality of a cow carcass comprises: a mode selection button(10) selecting a manual mode and automatic mode; a voltage selection switch(20,20') selecting an electrical stimulation voltage of AC, DC or AC+DC; a voltage setting switch(30) setting an electrical stimulation voltage of AC, DC or AC+DC; a time up and down button(40,40') setting an electrical stimulation time; a display part(50) displaying the electrical stimulation voltage of a resistance value of the cow carcass and electrical stimulation time, elapsed time and an amount of electric current as the time elapses; an output terminal part outputting the measured electric current of the resistance of the cow carcass and the electrical stimulation voltage of the cow carcass; and a controller automatically measuring the resistance value of the cow carcass by applying the resistance-measured electric current to the cow carcass when the electrical stimulation voltage of AC, DC or AC+DC and the electrical stimulation time are completed, displaying the amount of electric current due to the electrical stimulation time, elapse time and the amount of electric current as the time elapses, transmitting the measured resistance value, present set electrical stimulation voltage and electrical stimulation time to a remote terminal(70) and storing a voltage/time data base for automatically setting the optimal electrical stimulation voltage and electrical stimulation time due to a resistance value of the cow carcass.

본발명은체중에대한흉위의최적회귀식을도출한후 흉위및 회귀식에서연산된체중을눈금으로표기한한우의한우체중측정을위한줄자에관한것이다. 본발명의줄자를이용하면체중에대한흉위의단순회귀로부터도출된회귀식에의해측정된흉위와그에따른체중을측정부에눈금으로표기한줄자를통해흉위의측정만으로도체중을확인할수 있다. 본발명은우형기(소체중측정기)가없거나우형기사용이제한되어한우의체중을측정할수 없는곳에서도그 체중을간단하게측정할수 있다.

The present invention relates to a kit for detecting intramuscular fat tissue of Korean native cattle using DGAT2 and FASN which are specific expression genes for intramuscular fat tissue of the Korean native cattle and a detection method using the same and, more specifically, to a kit which can detect intramuscular fat tissue of the Korean native cattle by investigating expression amount of DGAT2 and FASN genes in a subject, and to a detection method using the same. According to the present invention, commercialization of the kit for detecting intramuscular fat tissue of the Korean native cattle can be possible; production of high quality beef can be possible by inducing specific fat accumulation within longissimus muscle of the Korean native cattle; development of body composition control technique can be possible through fat content control of the Korean native cattle; and body fat control information through the same can be applied to other domestic animal species.

The present invention relates to a kit for detecting an abdominal adipose tissue of Korean beef using abdominal adipose tissue specific expression gene TBX152 and ZIC1 of the Korean beef, and a detecting method using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to the kit for detecting the abdominal adipose tissue of the Korean beef by investigating an expression ratio of the TBX152 and ZIC1 genes in an object to be tested, and the detecting method using the same. According to the present invention, the commercialization of the kit for detecting an abdominal adipose specific gene is available. Also, high-quality meat can be produced through the induction of specific fat accumulation within beef loin of the Korean beef, and a body composition control technique can be developed by controlling the contents of fat of the Korean beef. Therefore, body fat control information can be applied to other species.
