PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the property of an organic electroluminescent display device by preventing the light transmittance degradation due to an organic layer which is located in a light emitting side. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(100) comprises a light emitting region(a) and a non-light-emitting region(b). A buffer layer(110) is located on the substrate. A semiconductor layer(120) is located in the non-light-emitting region on the buffer layer. A gate insulating layer(130) is located on the substrate. A first electrode(132) is located on the gate insulating layer. An interlayer insulating layer(140) opens a part of the first electrode.

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase capacity of a capacitor without increase of a dimension of the capacitor by forming the capacitor through three electrodes and two dielectric layers. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting device(1) includes an active layer, a first bottom electrode, a first conductive layer, a first top electrode, a first insulation layer, a second conductive layer, a second bottom electrode, a pixel electrode, a third conductive layer, a second top electrode, a second insulation layer, a source electrode, a drain electrode, and a third electrode. The active layer(212) of a thin film transistor(2) is formed on the substrate. The first bottom electrode of the capacitor(3) is made of the same material as the active layer. The first conductive layer is formed in an edge on the active layer. The first top electrode of the capacitor is formed on the first bottom electrode. The first insulation layer(14) is formed on the substrate(10), the first conductive layer, and the first top electrode. The second conductive layer corresponds to a central region of the active layer. The second bottom electrode is formed on the first electrode of the capacitor. The pixel electrode(415) is made of the same material as the second conductive layer. The third conductive layer is formed on the second conductive layer. PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device is provided to embody a touch panel function without the increase of thickness and to simplify a manufacturing process and to reduce manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: A first touch sensing electrode layer is arranged on the top of a substrate(10) and comprises light transmission materials. A first protective layer covers the first touch sensing electrode layer and is formed on the first touch sensing electrode layer. A ground layer(30) is formed in the front side of the first protective layer and comprises light transmission materials and is electrically grounded. An insulating layer is directly arranged on the ground layer. An organic light-emitting device(40) is directly arranged on the insulating layer.

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to make a display unit thin by forming a thin touch sensing part on an organic light emitting diode display. CONSTITUTION: A supporter is prepared(ST10). An organic luminescence layer is formed on the supporter(ST20). A touch electrode pattern and a touch sensing part including a polarization layer are formed on the organic luminescence layer(ST30). The touch sensing part separates from the supporter by removing the organic luminescence layer(ST40). The touch sensing part is attached to an organic luminescence display panel(ST50).

A first electrode is positioned on a pixel region and the non-pixel region and is electrically connected to a semiconductor layer. A gate insulation layer exposes the part of the first electrode on the pixel region and is positioned on the front of the substrate. A gate electrode(150) is positioned on the upper side of the gate insulation layer and corresponds to the semiconductor layer. A pixel defining layer(160) exposes the part of the first electrode. CONSTITUTION: An active layer(103) is formed on a substrate(101). A gate electrode is insulated from the active layer. A source electrode(107) and a drain electrode(108) are electrically connected to the active layer. One of the source electrode and the drain electrode functions as the pixel electrode. A pixel defining layer(109) is formed on the source electrode and the drain electrode. An intermediate layer is arranged on the opening unit of the pixel defining layer and includes the organic light emitting layer. An opposite electrode is formed on the intermediate layer.

CONSTITUTION: An active layer(21) of a thin film transistor is formed on a substrate(10) with a preset pattern. A first electrode(31) of a capacitor is formed on the same layer as the active layer with a preset interval. The first electrode is made of the same material as the active layer. A first insulation layer is formed in the upper sides of the active layer and the first electrode separately. A gate electrode is formed on the first insulation layer and corresponds to the channel region of the active layer. A second electrode(33) is made of the same material as the gate electrode and corresponds to the first electrode in the same layer as the gate electrode. A second insulation layer(15) is formed on the substrate, the first insulation layer, the gate electrode, and the second electrode.
