A method for manufacturing the nano pharmaceutical composition comprises: a step of adding cationoid reagent to alendronate to produce oil soluble ion pair complex; a step of preparing suspension; a step of dissolving organic solvent in suspension to form primary emulsion of W/O type; and a step of adding emulsifier solution to the primary emulsion to form multiple emulsion of W/O/W type.

The extract is obtained by the method comprising the steps of: (a) extracting Amaranthaceae with water, alcohol, or an aqueous solution of alcohol, cooling, and filtering it; (b) after layer-separating the filtrate obtained from the step (a) using an aqueous solution of alcohol, concentrating it at a temperature of 60-80 deg.C under reduced pressure; and (c) after adding alcohol to the concentrate and centrifuging it with the speed of 500-1,000 rpm, concentrating it under reduced pressure, drying it under vacuum, pulverizing and sterilizing it.
