Abstract:
PURPOSE: Salmonella which improves gene expression is provided to maximize treatment effect by highly expressing a foreign gene from a Salmonella strain for therapy even if a small amount of L-arabinose is administered. CONSTITUTION: An attenuated Salmonella sp. strain has inactivated intrinsic ppGpp producing genes and ara operon. The ppGpp producing gene is relA and spoT. A recombinant attenuated Salmonella sp. strain is prepared by transducing a gene construct containing a polynucleotide encoding a foreign gene which is operatively linked to ara promoter or a nucleic acid molecule for suppressing gene expression. A drug delivery system for targeting cancer or infarction contains the attenuated Salmonella sp. strain or the recombinant attenuated Salmonella sp. strain and a drug delivered to a cancer or infarction tissue by the strains. Abstract:
PURPOSE: A selective infart-tissue-targeting bacteria and use thereof are provided to improve affinity and specificity to infarction myocardium or infarction brain, thereby reducing transfection other than heart. CONSTITUTION: A drug delivery system for infarcted tissues includes obligatory anaerobic or facultative anaerobic bacteria. The bactia are Salmonella, Clostridium, Bifidobacterium, E. coli, Yersinia enterocohtica, Listeria monocytogenies, Mycoplasma hominis, or Streptococcus. The bacteria are mutants which are deficient in ppGpp synthesis function. The bacteria comprise ppGpp for ppGpp synthesis, inactivated relA gene which codes synthetase or spoT gene. The infarction indicates either myocardial infarction or cerebral infarction. A pharmaceutical composition for treating the infarction comprises effective dose of drug delivery system and a pharmaceutically allowed carrier. The drug carrier includes the infarction treatment drug.

본 발명은 세포외 다당류를 이용한 백신 운반용 미세입자에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 GFP 발현 Salmonella typhimurium 균체를 항원모델로 하고 이들을 함유하는 세포외 다당류를 사용하여 제조한 경구용 백신 운반용 미세입자 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 병원성 세균 Clostridium septicum 유래의 알파(alpha) 독소를 발현시키는 대장균 벡터를 제조한 후 부위특이적 돌연변이기술을 통하여 제조한 돌연변이 독소인 S189C/S238C 및 Y155G에 관한 것이다. 또한 본 발명은 C. septicum 알파 독소의 돌연변이 단백질인 S189C/S238C 및 Y155G 독소를 사용하여 GPI 생합성 경로의 이상으로 인해 발생하는 발작성야간혈색소뇨증을 진단하는 방법 및 진단용 키트에 관한 것이다.
