Abstract:
본 발명은, 갈락토스 고대사능을 갖는 신규 대장균 균주 GRTOP( Escherichia coli GRTOP)(수탁번호 KCTC12454BP), 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 미생물 제제, 및 이를 이용한 홍조류 기반의 바이오매스 대사방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 갈락토스 대사능이 뛰어난 신규의 대장균 균주를 이용하여 홍조류와 같은 바이오매스를 효율적으로 대사시킬 수 있기 때문에, 갈락토스를 특정 화합물이나 연료로 고수율 및 고생산성으로 전환할 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라, 신재생에너지를 효율적으로 얻을 수 있는 바 에너지 위기를 해소할 수 있고, 환경과 에너지 문제를 동시에 해결할 수 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for detecting bacteria causing food poisoning using a probe for detecting the bacteria is provided to accurately detect the bacteria with specificity and to quickly and effectively detect and identify a plurality of bacteria causing food poisoning. CONSTITUTION: A probe for detecting bacteria causing food poisoning comprises: LHO(left hybridization oligonucleotide) probe containing a forward primer binding region, and LHS(left hybridization sequence) region which is specifically hybridized to a first region of a target sequence; and RHO(right hybridization oligonucleotide) probe containing a reverse primer binding region and RHS(right hybridization sequence) region which is specifically hybridized to a second region continuously connected to the first region. A probe set for detecting the bacteria causing food poisoning contains 2-10 probes.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: Nanoparticle composite of nickel ferrite is provided to exclude an additional process for introducing a nickel ion for protein separation and manufacture a magnetic nanoparticle composite easily and economically through one step of a hydrothermal crystallization method. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of nanoparticle composite of nickel ferrite comprises the following steps: (1) manufacturing a mixed solution by mixing a nickel compound precursor and an iron compound precursor with a polyol solvent; (2) adding a pH control agent; (3) adding and stirring in a Ni2+ oxidizer; and (4) forming a nanoparticle compound precursor by heating the mixed solution and revivifying nickel salt and iron salt. The polyol solvent is selected form the group consisting of EG(Ethylene Glycol), DEG(Diethylene Glycol), TEG(Triethylene Glycol), TTEG(Tetraethylene Glycol) and TtEg(Tetratethylene Glycol). The pH control agent is an acetate salt compound. The Ni2+ oxidant is KNO3 and is added to be 0.1 g or more to 1mL of the mixed solution. The nickel ferrite nanoparticle composite has a reverse spinel structure.
