Abstract:
PURPOSE: Provided is a method of detecting vitamin E in the serum which extracts the vitamin E from the serum, and provides optimum analyzing conditions with selective and excellent sensitivity to the high performance liquid chromatography and ultraviolet ray absorber. CONSTITUTION: A method of detecting the vitamin E in the serum comprises the steps of: treating the serum by a buffer solution containing 0.075-0.2M of salt with pH4.0-5.5; extracting the vitamin E from the treated serum by diethyl ether; and analyzing the concentration of the extracted vitamin E by a high performance liquid chromatography with a ultraviolet ray absorber. The serum is derived from livestock, the buffer solution from phosphoric acid or acetic acid, and the salt from NaCl.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: Provided are a method and an apparatus for detecting atenolol in the blood plasma by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), which obtain analyzing sensitivity and have accuracy, reproducibility, rapidity and convenience, and can be used as an index for determining a proper injection amount of the atenolol. CONSTITUTION: The method for detecting the atenolol contains the steps of; removing protein from the blood plasma by injecting the blood plasma into a protein removing column by using a phosphoric acid buffer solution as a developing solvent; flowing triethylamine in the protein removing column to prevent the phosphoric acid buffer solution from being flowed into a next concentration column; concentrating the protein-removed blood plasma in the concentration column, flowing triethylamine as a developing solvent. And the apparatus for detecting the atenolol contains: a developing solvent supply part containing a phosphoric acid buffer solution supply part, a triethylamine supply part, and an acetonitrile supply part; a developing solvent switching valve; the protein removing column; the concentration column; an analyzing column; a column switching valve controlling the inlet and outlet to the concentration column.

본명세서에는피검사체에서알카놀아민을정량분석하는방법과알카놀아민정량분석을위한키트가개시된다. 피검사체와알카놀아민동위원소에할로겐알킬화제를처리하여유도체화함으로써, 알카놀아민을동시분석할수 있고, 검출감도를향상시켜극미량의알카놀아민을분석할수 있다. 또한, 동위원소희석법을이용하여우수한정밀도및 정확도로알카놀아민을정량분석할수 있다.
