angulatus L.) 방제용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 본 발명의 따른 DHNQ(5,8-dihydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone)은 미생물 및 식물의 비오틴 생합성 경로에 관여하여 식물생장에 주요한 역할을 하는 KAPAS(7-keto-8-aminopelargonic acid synthase) 작용을 억제하고, 국내 전 지역 심각한 피해를 야기하고 있는 가시박에 대한 유의적인 제초활성을 나타내므로, 인체의 안전한 천연 제초제의 유효성분으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

PURPOSE: 4-hydroxy-3-methoxy phenyl butenone derivative is provided to use as prevention for asthma, a pharmaceutical composition for a treatment or a health food composition for improvement by suppressing an infiltration of an inflammation cell inside of the bronchus which causes the asthma; and having an excellent connectivity with a macrophage. CONSTITUTION: 4-hydroxy-3-methoxy phenyl butenone derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in the chemical formula 1 is provided. A manufacturing method of 4-hydroxy-3-methoxy phenyl butenone derivative comprises: a step of obtaining a compound of the chemical formula 1A by reacting a vanillin compound of the chemical formula 2 with acetone in the condition which a base is included. PURPOSE: DHNQ(5,8-dihydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone) is provided to suppress KAPAS(7-keto-8-aminopelargonic acid synthase) which is related to a biotin biosynthesis pathway of microbes and plants, and to significantly remove Sicyos angulatus L. with safety to human body. CONSTITUTION: An herbicidal composition for preventing Sicyos angulatus L. contains DHNQ of chemical formula 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. DHNQ is derived from black walnut and suppresses KAPAS activity. A method for controlling Sicyos angulatus L. comprises a step of treating Sicyos angulatus L., a seed thereof, or a habitat thereof with the herbicidal composition.

본 발명은 도라지 또는 도라지 추출물로부터의 순도 및 유효 사포닌 함량이 증가된 조사포닌 조성물의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로 상기 제조방법은 도라지로부터 착즙공정 또는 증류수, C 1 내지 C 3 의 저급알코올, 에틸아세테이트, 핵산, 디클로로메탄 또는 이들의 혼합용매를 이용하여 도라지 추출물을 수득하는 단계(단계 1); 상기 단계 1에서 수득한 추출물을 증류수에 용해시킨 후 역상겔이 충진된 컬럼에 가하여 사포닌 성분을 흡착시키는 흡착공정 및 흡착된 사포닌을 에탄올 또는 메탄올 수용액으로 용출시키는 용출공정을 포함하는 사포닌을 수득하는 단계(단계 2); 및 상기 단계 2에서 수득한 사포닌을 유기용매를 사용하여 정제하는 단계(단계 3)를 포함한다. 본 발명은 도라지 추출물을 부탄올로 추출하는 종래의 조사포닌 제조방법에 비하여 순도가 높을 뿐만 아니라 유효 사포닌 함량이 증가된 조사포닌 조성물을 얻을 수 있으므로 도라지 또는 도라지 추출물로부터 사포닌 추출시 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A composition containing derivatives synthesized from decursin for preventing or treating obesity is provided to suppress fatty acid synthesis. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing or treating obesity contains decursinol benzoate which is synthedized from decursin. The decursinol benzoate suppresses fatty acid synthesis by AMPK(5' adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase) activity. A method for synthesizing decursinol benzoate comprises: a step of performing enfleurage of dried Angelicae gigantis Radix in methanol at room temperature for seven days and filtering; a step of suspending the methanol extract in distilled water and isolating dichloromethane; and a step of freeze-drying and performing silicagel column chromatography to prepare six fraction.

PURPOSE: A soil metagenome-derived novel esterase gene is provided to ensure enzyme activity stability and to use in developing an agent which controls plant bacterial diseases. CONSTITUTION: A polypeptide having esterase activity comprises: a polypeptide encoded by polynucleotide of sequence number 1; a polypeptide encoded by a polynucleotide which is hybridized with the polynucleotide of sequence number 1; and a polypeptide with an amino acid sequence of sequence number 2. A method for preparing a recombinant esterase comprises: a step of preparing a recombinant expression vector containing the polynueotide; a step of preparing a transformant by introducing a recombinant expression vector to host cells; and a step of culturing the transformant to induce recombinant protein expression.
