    Abstract: An oral composition for preventing tooth-decay, containing fennel extract and an antibiotic composition is provided to be stable at a high temperature and to perform processing at a temperature of wide range. An oral composition for preventing tooth-decay comprises FENNEL extract by hot water and FENNEL extract by organic solvent as an active ingredient. The oral composition comprises one formulation selected from a group consisting of oral cleaner, dentifrice, gum, candy, jelly and chocolate. The organic solvent is selected from a group consisting of C1-C6 alcohol, acetone, ether, benzene, chloroform, ethylacetate, methylene chloride, hexane, cyclohexane, and petroleum ether.
