Abstract: A transmission including a shift plate; an engaging plate; and an elastic member is introduced. The shift plate is moved with a transmission lever to be integrated in order to select a manual mode or an automatic mode and includes a locking unit of an uneven shape. The engaging plate includes a connection unit of an uneven shape corresponding to the locking unit. The locking unit is inserted and connected to the connection unit so that the engaging plate is interlocked with the shift plate when the automatic mode is selected and separated from the shift plate when the manual mode is selected. The elastic member is assembled to the connection unit of the engaging plate and transformed by the locking unit inserted into the connection unit so that a gap between the locking unit and the connection unit when the shift plate and the engaging plate are connected.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A relief valve is provided to prevent damages to a device which is provided with oil pressure by decreasing the peak oil pressure even though the oil pressure fed back from the device to the relief is delayed during a cold starting of an engine. CONSTITUTION: A relief valve comprises a housing(7), a plunger(9), a first elastic member(11) and an elastic force changing unit. The housing has a feedback port(1), a inlet port [inlet port](3), and an outlet port(5). The oil pressure is fed back from the device. The inlet port is connected to an entrance of a pump. The outlet port is connected to an exit of the pump. The plunger converts the connection state of the inlet port and the outlet port through straightly sliding in the housing by the oil pressure from the feedback port. The first elastic member compresses the plunger in the direction against the oil pressure from the feedback port. The elastic force changing unit changes the elastic force of the first elastic member.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A blow-by system with an air separator is provided to prevent an engine fail caused by injecting excess oil and to improve reliability of the engine by preventing blow over on a cylinder head. CONSTITUTION: A blow-by system having an air separator comprises a cylinder block(21) forming a center portion of an engine by being composed of aluminum alloy; a cylinder head(22) receiving heat energy by being mounted on an upper portion of the cylinder block; a head cover(23) covering the cylinder head; an air hose(24) injecting blowby gas into a combustion chamber by being installed on a side of the head cover; and an air separator(30) dividing oil and air by being connected to a side portion of the air hose. Thereby, the blow-by system having the air separator prevents an engine fail caused by injecting the excess oil to reliability of the engine.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A structure of EGR(Exhaust Gas Recirculation) cooler is provided to improve the efficiency of an EGR device by previously assembling EGR cooler, to reduce production processes by eliminating a cooling line and to improve the durability by simplifying the outside. CONSTITUTION: An EGR cooler secures a space to flow coolant through a water jacket. The EGR cooler is inserted toward the rear side of a cylinder head(1). The one side of a flange shaped tube(21) is welded with a plate(30) previously. Screw mounts are formed in the other side of the tube. Steel gaskets(40) are formed in both ends of the tube to seal the cylinder head containing the EGR cooler. The EGR cooler is previously assembled through a sub-line of the cylinder head with freely tuning through the water jacket.
