Abstract: 본 발명은 차량의 워셔 노즐의 비사용시 워셔 노즐부에 이물질이 침투하여 워셔 노즐이 막히는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 차량용 워셔 노즐의 보호장치에 관한 것으로, 종래에 구조는 노즐(20)이 항상 외부에 노출되어 있으므로, 차량의 운행시 먼지나 흙등의 이물질이 노즐(20)의 내부로 침투하여 관(30) 내부에 누적되므로, 장기간 비사용후 노즐(20)이 막혀 워셔액이 분사되지 못하는 문제가 야기 되었던 바, 본 발명은 책크밸브(40)가 접하는 외주면에 접지부(31)를 형성한 관(30)과, 그립(10)은 노즐(20)이 형성된 상부에 덮개(11)를 형성하고 상기 덮개(11)의 후방에 모터(12)를 설치하며, 상기 모터(12)와 덮개(11)를 연결하여 상기 덮개(11)를 개폐할 수 있는 스프링 와이어(13)를 설치한 그립(10)으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 워셔 노즐의 보호장치를 제공 여 노즐의 비사용시 노즐의 내부로 이 물질이 침투하는 것을 방지하여 노즐의 수명을 연장시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A motor driven power steering for equipping VRS(Variable Rack Stroke) logic and a control method thereof are provided to improve drive safety by performing VRS control using driving trajectory predictions produced through a distance to an obstacle and a steering angle. CONSTITUTION: A motor driven power steering for equipping VRS logic comprises a drive motor unit(10) and a control unit(20). The drive motor unit drives a rack by corresponding to the steering of a steering wheel. The control unit comprises a signal receiving module(22), a driving trajectory predicting module(24), and a collision avoidance inducing module(26). The signal receiving module receives a steering angle inputted from an electronic device in a vehicle and distance detection with respect to an obstacle when detecting the obstacle using an ultrasonic sensor. The driving trajectory predicting module produces a driving trajectory prediction on the basis of the distance and angle. The collision avoidance inducing module controls a drive motor to reduce rack stroke when predicting a collision with an obstacle using the driving trajectory prediction.
