Abstract: PURPOSE: A suspension structure is provided to improve the durability, strength, and safety of a suspension by preventing stress from being concentrated in the connection part of a torsion beam and a trailing arm. CONSTITUTION: A suspension structure comprises a torsion beam(100) and trailing arms. The torsion beam has an U-shaped cross section. The trailing arms are connected to both ends of the torsion beam. Reinforcing members(500) are installed in both inner sides of the torsion beam and increases the rigidity of the torsion beam. The reinforcing members comprise reinforcing pipes, bolts, and nuts. The reinforcing pipes are inserted into both inner sides of the torsion beam.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A bush assembly of a rear suspension by using a torsion beam is provided to improve lateral stability of a vehicle by decreasing the size and the thickness by decreasing the contact area of the bush, and to design conveniently without limit of layout by covering the rubber with a mounting pipe. CONSTITUTION: A bush assembly for combining a trailing arm with a vehicle body is composed of a bush combined by a hinge shaft(2) penetrating a support bracket(1). The bush has a rubber(5) covered with inner and outer pipes(3,4), a mounting pipe(6) including the staple-shaped section opened to contact and support with containing the rubber, and a stopper(7) combined with the support bracket by a fixing end to eliminate the gap from the pipe. Deformation is prevented and lateral stability is improved with increasing the contact area of the bush and the mounting pipe.
